Aigis from Persona 3 is my biggest game crush.  I love the way her personality evolves from robotic to human and the devotion she immediately feels towards the player.  Second is Yukiko from Persona 4, who looks and acts nice.  And finally there's Freya from Final Fantasy IX, who has that right balance of strong and emotional.

Okay then, I'll bite :3 I used to have a stupid little crush on Sable, from Gamecube's Animal Crossing. (Yeah, she's a hedgehog. I was nine years old.)

 

I dunno, she would always be working in the corner, and to begin with she wouldn't take her eyes off of her sewing machine. Then as days continued where I'd keep going to see her, she'd get friendlier and more responsive. It was the best friendship I ever made in a game <3

I used to write out actual letters to Pecan sometimes and send them to her. Even though she was so cold and dismissive. What a butt. Edit: It was really quite a task with the Gamecube gamepad, in case you were wondering, yes.

The only good thing to happen to Call of Duty since Call of Duty 4. I had a raging man-crush on Reznov throughout both WaW and Black Ops. I played the Russian campaign sections of WaW about three times more than I ever played the American ones.

Diana Caprice (Sakura Wars So Long My Love)

Reminded me of a certain yellow Pegasus in MLP.

She's shy/meek but when her friends are in trouble she uses her inner stregnth to get the job done.

 

Mai Shiranui (Fatal Fury/King Of Fighters)

The Ninja girl who's quite a character from the games and in the animated films.

 

Gemini Sunrise (Sakura Wars So Long My Love)

The Cowgirl warrior that uses her samurai sword besides her six shooter.

 

Mia Fey (Phoenix Wright Ace Attorney)

A beautful woman attorney who's life was cut short in case 2 of the game.

But her soul helps her protoge Phoenix Wright in some tough cases with the help of her sister Maya Fey who channels her spirit into her.

 

Chun-Li (Street Fighter)

I have to agree with Ezio. Even when he was in his late 40s, I still have a girl boner for him. Because in the Assassin's Creed series, there are really only two main characters: Ezio, and everyone else (notEzio)

Princess Rosalina from Super Mario Galaxy, I remember being quite young when I played this, and I really enjoyed the game, though what stood out to me was the Princess, she had quite the figure, and I don't know what I saw, also the story times were interesting. x3

Samus From Metroid, personally, I haven't played much Metroid, though Samus is quite the looker, I mean how can you not love a slim hot blonde in a tight body suit, that also doubles up as a fucking badass in a suit that destroys a lot of shit...

I think Jak and Daxter was one of those games we all played and sort of forgot about lol My roommate and I were playing PlayStation All Stars Battle Royale (or something like that), which is essentially Super Smash Bros gone PS3 and poorly executed. Well I saw Jak as a playable character and some of it came back to me. The first Jak title is probably still my favorite platformer ever
