Unable to see posted images

I'm very much referring to here

http://mlpforums.com/topic/131-best-cute-pony-pictures/page-135

For some reason all of the images save this one break, making me unable to see them. I tried copying the image address to try and see the image in a different tab, only to find myself with this;

"Could not locate remote server

Check that the address is spelled correctly, or try searching for the site."

This being one example:

http://mlpforums.com/uploads/post_images/img-1728707-1-PrincessSpike.png

Huh... Some tinkering revealed that I can see the image if I were to copy the link and personally remove the ".s", giving me the following link;

url=http://mlpforums.com/uploads/post_images/img-1728707-1-PrincessSpike.png

Now the image is visible to me. OK, so I figured out how I could see the images but this shouldn't be happening to begin with... So what's going on?

It seems all fine on my end, so its not an issue with the site. Leaving it an issue on your end...

Im not exactly sure what would cause this though.

Reload that particular page without removing anything from the link and see if it continues to do the same thing. Then tell me how it goes. Hopefully it was just some random issue thats fixed itself, but if it continues to be an issue, then a Support Ticket would be your best bet.

(I'll leave this topic open for a short while in case others have any idea's)

If you are able to supply us with some further information, we may be able to assist you better. What internet browser are you using, and what operating system are you using?

That's weird, I thought I also listed the browsers I tried this on. Those would be Opera and Google Chrome. Both browsers show this problem where the same procedure of removing the "s." from the image address allows me to see the picture.

Alrighty I only have 3 bits of info I can pass on that MAY be of some use...

First you can try opening the page on the desktop, and right–click the empty space where the picture should be. Then click "Show picture" in the dropdown menu. If it doesn't work, the link to the picture might be broken.

Or you can open the page in the desktop and try turning on compatibility view to see if there's a compatibility problem that's preventing images from displaying properly.

Last you  can try turning off Tracking protection and ActiveX Filtering for this site. Tracking Protection and ActiveX Filtering help protect your privacy by blocking images or other content that might put your security or privacy at risk.

(Obviously the link is acting funny, but perhaps trying one of these solutions may help, who knows... I'll keep looking into it for you)

If none of those help...then Im at a loss x_x
