That is actually really good... 

Thanks.   I think that's technically the 7th Dashie or Dashie-inspired poem I've written lol.

 

I also wrote this about "meeting" her:

 

It was a rainy day. All it did was rain rain rain, and my mood was as dark as the responsible clouds. I went out onto the porch to curse the miserable sky for making me miserable... And then I saw it. A blue back hoof pierced through a low, dark cloud, creating a puffy, roundish window through which sunlight immediately poured. Half in a daze, I moved down the slick front steps and made for where the beam of sunlight made a safe, golden patch in the wet grass.

 

I looked up - half-covering my eyes with a raised forearm. Something appeared in that window in the sky. Something blue. Light blue - not unlike the sky itself. Sky on sky. And a dancing medley of rainbow colors around it. I heard the beating of wings, and the blue and rainbow colors poured through the window and lighted in front of me. There she was; three hooves on the ground and one against her chest. Gesturing.

 

"I'm Rainbow Dash. What's your name?"

 

And I gazed into her cerise-colored eyes - and never stopped.

Okay, I might have to change it up and say that Diamond Tiara is the most adorable out the My Little Pony series despite her being the antagonist.

Uh... S-So I think I am ok with confessing this now... B-But I am still scared so... *Gulps, takes a deep breath, then squeaks out in one go* I am writing a fanfiction where there is a character who goes to Equestria becomes friends with the mane 6 & becomes an alicorn & everytime I sit down to write it becomes more & more ship-ficy between my character & Fluttershy to the point I had a dream recently where she kissed me & I don't know how to think or feel because it feels all so very weird & confusing & wrong but at the same time I love the Fluttershy character in fact she would be my ideal gf in real life so it makes it very confusing when I try & write her without including a bit of a love story in the background between my OC & her but I didn't want to say this because I know how much people hate alicorns & how childish it is to want to go to another world plus it all sounds so very Mary Sue-y I knew people would make fun of me for it especially after reading that stuff by Dattebaryo or whatever from a bunch of pages ago as well as being confused on my own feelings towards how I feel about being kissed by a candy coated equine! *DEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEP BREATHE & pants, out of breathe* So... I went through a cycle of having a favorite pony. It went from Twilight, to Applejack, to Pinkie. Pinkie has been my favorite for nearly two years now. :3

It went like this for me, Pinkie Pie > Fluttershy > Applejack > Pinkie Pie (& AJ)

Fanfiction is by no means the pinnacle of excellence in literature lol.  It shouldn't matter if there's a Mary Sue-vibe somewhere or whether or not other fans would appreciate a certain plot development.  If you're writing a fanfic, write it first and foremost for YOU.  So that you can get something out of it that you didn't / don't get out of the creative work that inspired it.  It doesn't even have to be GOOD - it just has to fulfill something in you or even serve as a kind of catharsis.  And I think pretty much everyone likes to escape this hamster wheel of a reality every now and then; we just all escape it through the method of our choosing.

 

And there's no "wrong" to any of the stuff you described.  My impression is that you seem more like the attracted-to-her-personality type.  Which makes you at least 94.7% less pervy than I am. xD  You gave me the benefit of the doubt in another post - which was good of you, but I used to have the hots for pre-FIM equines.  Whose names I didn't even know.  So, again, imagine me on a tall pedestal of pervitude with yourself at the bottom innocently blushing at Fluttershy.  That's kinda how I see the two of us, in relation to one another lol.  My falling in love with a candy-colored equine appearing in FIM was not part of my original plan - it just happened.  I watched for the "plot."

 

So seriously: don't beat yourself up.  And if anyone has a problem with your fanfic or anything else you said, that's their problem.  Not yours.

Have I mentioned I licked pony figures years ago?  I probably did.  Have I mentioned I more recently (before Dashie and I became exclusive) bought a Pinkie Pie / P. Celestia two-pack with the intention of licking Celestia lol??  And that I lost my nerve? xD  Because royalty, I guess - it's intimidating.

Th-Thanks... I am not so worried about the fanfiction itself... It is more the "Alicorn OC" & "Shipfic" parts that get to me... And even MORE so the latter of those 2... I-I just... I don't know how to feel or think... I firmly stand by my feelings on it being... Well at least "odd" that people clop, I don't find equine figures attractive (& again I don't get why people do, despite knowing it is probably more of a similar thing to the whole "are you an ass man or a boobs man" deal), & I have only scratched the surface of why people have waifus (please see my thread on that, you can find it on my profile & since I just remembered it while typing this & watching a Rarity episode in the background, which we all know is a favorite of a certain Spectral Spook guy on here). So when I have a dream about getting kissed by a butterscotch pony I... I don't know how to think... Especially when I can't tell if I am more sad the dream ended or confused about how I feel about it... Add onto that I know how people look at bronies on the outside, & that I already have some stereotypes (I am not the most manly man, & I may or may not have a certain mental condition that causes me to act out that begins with an "A" that way to many people associate with "retarded"...) & now adding on possibly falling in LOVE with... Well... THIS:

I was confused at 1st too,even in blatant denial at one point.

However as i look back on me back then i some how am unable to comprehend why i was in denial or confused..perhaps because my mind has ascended and is no longer able to comprehend a realm below it on this particular subject. 

 

Your dream was perhaps a sign of how you truly feel inside,do not fight your true self,let it be free.

 

Some advice to you: Be you. Love you. Love whatever the hell you want. 

 

Also as far as your fanfic: Don't give a damn about others opinion,again,your creative mind is yours to do with as you please,if they don't like it tell them to "deal with it".

Generally speaking, I can't have much contact with my RD plushie without...  "Something" happening.  And this something is why I don't actually sleep with the plushie.  I assume it is because sharing a "bed" with Rainbow Dash is too...  Stimulating a prospect.  I bet you're glad you read this crap lol.
