Markiplier. He's generally the only "Youtube personality" I can watch regularly without me wanting to bludgeon my own brains out with a cricket bat. It helps he has a damn good voice (I hope he becomes a voice actor. He seriously has talent.) and is quite humble, especially with his growing fanbase, and isn't as incessantly irritating as that little twat pewdiepie or the majority of his fanbase who act obnoxious and act as if that little turd invented life, the universe and everything.

Nigahiga - the randomness keeps me interested and the spoofs are hilarious

Mr Creepypasta (along with Creeps McPasta and Creepypasta Jr) - most creepy pasta are way better than anything on TV (except MLP of course), and they read them quite skillfully (good background music + sound effects; not so crazy about pop-up creepers in the videos though).
