I second DeliciousCinnamon's VietCrystal as the funniest. I've seen almost the entire thing, and it's awesome.

 

However, I think one of the closest competitors is chuggaaconroy's Crystal LP. He's a pretty funny guy as is, but especially when he freaks out. And he gets a Phanpy before the first badge and a shiny Koffing. Imagine how much freaking out that is.
