What are your opinions on Hamburger Helper?

I find any type of their food amazing! I am going to eat it for dinner tonight

Anyways, what do you think? Is it good? Amazing? Bad? Terrible? Or so-so?

I love pretty much all of the hamburger helper foods. My favorite is definitely the beef pasta one.

Hamburger Helper is pretty good. It's a pretty tasty thing to have if you need food quick, or are too lazy to make something extravagant.

I've only really had the beef pasta one, its pretty good though. I haven't had it in a good bit, but still.

Yeah, Hamburger Helper's da bomb. My parents make it sometimes lol, it's good stuff. I'd say the taco and lasanga ones are the best.

Are you kidding me? I freaking love Hamburger Helper. Always have it like once a week, and all the dishes just taste so amazing! My favorite would have to be either the three cheeses one, or Sloppy Joe. The lasagna ones are also great to have as well from time to time.

I find hamburger helper to be hamburger helperish, in that it hamburgers the helping, further reinforcing it's role as a helper of hamburgers.

 

I rate hamburger helper a solid 8/10, two points off for that brand with the creepy dismembered hand as it's mascot.

One of my favorite meals, with Beef Pasta being the top. It really is a delicious food is it not? I really love this stuff, but this conversation is not too in depth. I love the hamburger macaroni stuff as well. Overall, pleasant food.

Hamburger Helper is amazing and I would always enjoy eating it but lately I haven't been enjoying it as much. I'm kind of getting sick of it.

I love Hamburger helper...even when I was a kid. I like any of the noodle+ beef combos.I"m not all too picky, because it all tastes pretty good...even if it is a little high in sodium.

Yeah, it's good and I've enjoyed every occasion on which I've eaten it, but I've never really wanted it. Nothing about it strikes me as exceptional when it comes to taste. Hamburger Helper is good, versatile, and it goes a long way. A practical food that manages not to be bad. That's the most I can say for it.

Okay, I'm exaggerating slightly. Honestly, most of my distaste for the stuff comes mostly from my dislike of pasta in general. I've had some Hamburger Helper before though, and it's definitely not something I'd choose to eat if I had other options. At the very least, it is something I can stomach, not much more.

I mean, most of the dishes aren't hard to make better versions of from scratch, but then you have actually do it instead of just cooking pasta and meat and adding sauce powder

There is only one other person in this thread who doesn't like Hamburger Helper, and that person doesn't like pasta stuff in general.

 

I feel weird. See, I had the cheeseburger macaroni once, and I hated it. But that is probably because my mom has a homemade cheeseburger macaroni recipe that is beyond delicious... and I've made it myself and I make it taste good too.

 

But, I had hamburger helper once, and I couldn't finish it.

 

I can probably count on my hand how many foods I dislike. I am not in the least bit a picky eater. But hamburger helper is just one of those few things that I dislike.

 

Maybe I just had the wrong kind, but honestly I'm not interested in trying the others... I like my food homemade when it's possible (either made by myself, my husband-to-be, or my mom, usually).

It’s nice to have when I don’t feel like making a big complicated meal. It has a lot of flavors and it’s satisfying, so I consider it a basic staple.
