I've read some parts of the Bible and I think I find something that might explain that.

 

Actualy, if I remember corectly, there was a story in the Bible talking about people workshiping a golden statue (of a sheep of a horse, I don't remember), and somehow, god was unhappy (It's like having another god, wich is proibed in the 3th commandment) with that a punished them or something like that, maybe that's why they use this argument :

 

God then commanded Moses to kill everyone who had engaged in idolatry and to hang their heads, and Moses ordered the judges to carry out the mass execution

 

And for god vs human liking ponies :

 

God blessed them and said to them, “Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish in the sea and the birds in the sky and over every living creature that moves on the ground.”

 

So he kidda want the humans to rule over ponies, not workship them.

 

I'm suppose to be christian,(that's why I know these things) but I consider myself more as a atheist.

I hope I can change your opinion of Christianity if I just reviewed some of the facts with you. It is true that the Bible has a long list of crimes, as well as punishments for every single one. However, being obedient and well behaved is NOT what Christianity is about. All of those laws and rules in the Bible apply to the old testament.

 

To put it as simply as I can, God loves all people but he doesn't betray his sense of justice when it comes to evil. In the beginning of history, the only way for God to justify humanity's existence was to punish them for their crimes. He was very specific about the do's and don't, but that was before Jesus Christ. When God finally sacrificed his son on the cross to die, Jesus paid the punishment for every wrongdoing and allowed God to love us more fully and completely. For that, we have the privilege of knowing him personally without suffering his wrath anymore.

 

Regarding Bronies, I understand that clopping is real. But, God loves us all and he doesn't want us to be punished anymore. Punishment has already been paid. That's no excuse to go around murdering people (I'm sure that's a no-brainer), but God wants to be true to his nature and love the people he's created. He loves all us Bronies and I'm sure we make him happy spreading the message of love and tolerance.

   I have heard that we have been called the "Cancer of the internet", from a reaction video of teens reacting to the intro of MLP, and any male audience member should not be called a man and must be assaulted. So yes, that is ridiculous and the most pernicious claim I have ever heard, and my military bronies from FOB Equestria reacted to the teens on YouTube, as they refuted the banal claims the teens thought about MLP and the bronies, as the fandom has servicemen from around the world in the herd, and have done some very difficult things while in the military, while the teens just exist in their confined popular culture, thus they have no right to determine who or what makes a person a man, much less an adult. Claims like these do make me feel disappointed for the Homo Sapiens, as a human being use to be a complex, curious and sensitive animal, have been reduced to mere trained dogs, no offence to actual dogs, for people today can be trained, persuaded or bribed to harbour hate toward anyone and anything, yet I have the utmost respect for bronies and we challenge the status, plus try to revive what being human is and what it can be, I hope that our and other fandoms can save humanity from the singular popular status.

I was raised by a christian family so I know the basics of the bible.  In all honesty, I have always found the entire concept ridiculous and always contradicting itself  
Example

Is God peaceable?

• Romans 15:33 "The God is peaceful and kind."
• Isaiah 2:4 ". . . and they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their spears into pruninghooks: nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more."

vs

• Exodus 15:3 "The Lord is a man of war."
• Joel 3:9-10 "Prepare war, wake up the mighty men, let all the men of war draw near; let them come up: Beat your plowshares into swords, and your pruninghooks into spears: let the weak say, I am strong."

 

Look. I will put it simply. I don't hate Christians, I have just had alot of bad experiences with them.

I respect your honest response. I'm not going to make you feel awkward by debating scripture with you, but I perfectly understand why you believe the things you do.

 

Actually, I find that A LOT of Christians have a false sense of moral superiority. When they see sinful wrongdoings their first instinct is to shun the ones responsible and pretend they don't exist. But I love being a Brony, as well as a Christian, since the two are not incompatible like many religious groups assume.

As far as brony-bashing goes, haters are pretty unimaginative. Most of the times it boils down to homosexuality, beastiality, mental problem or secret society (which is pretty ridiculous IMO).

I'd like to see one of them challenge us on something that hasn't been tried before. I get that the Third Reich and the pedophilia excuses are harsh, but when all of them use those without any proof, And FYI R34 does not count as proof, because it is a generalization of something that is liked by a rather small portion of the fandom.

I  am really starting to lose faith in the human race, because as there are people who are doing something with their lives (stephen Hawkin, Richard Dawkins, Professor Brian cox, Sir David Attenburgh etc.) But The haters are just proving the fact that, instead of evolving and becoming more intelligent, but instead becoming more simple minded and shallow

 

take today for example: In Graphic Communication at my high school, i was reading u about NASA's New Space probe MAVEN and how it's going to investigate mars' Atmosphere and how it could have once had liquid water etc. one of the people in my class came over and called me gay for it. I Don't even need to explain how that's Shallow or Stupid. "Whats so gay about NASA and astronomy?" i asked. "Because it's gay, that's why!" The Hater/ Bully replied.
