What is the most ridiculous claim you ever heard from a hater?

 

I heard some haters comparing us Bronies to the Borg and the Nazis? We don't have the numbers or the support to enforce people to join us like the Borg do. Yes, despite the fact we're all over the Internet, that still doesn't mean we have the power to take over the world.

 

Maybe in some silly alternate universe where on becoming a Brony you gain the power to transform into a giant cartoon Pony, with a force field to protect it's body and can fire particle beams from their eyes. Then you could really compare us Bronies to the Borg.

I just dont get the argument... if someone calls me gay for watching the show does he mean that im girly and need to prove that I am a man? Because we all know if you're called a girl for doing something you immedietly stop doing it to prove that you're manly and not girly. *sarcasm*

This is the one of the worse I've heard.

I got into a conversation with a group of people and the subject somehow turned to the topic of bronies and what everyone's opinion of them were.
One guy in the group said  "They are all pedophilic freaks that fuck horses and should be hung drawn and quartered for our crimes against god." He was serious too, the look on his face was pure hatred.

It gets to the point it is so ridiculously bad that I just cant hep but laugh in their face at how ignorant they are.

It's in christmas songs (deck the halls)... old theme tunes (flintstones)... all sorts... and HUNDREDS of old movies... and when people sing or say those, for example... Did not know that, although when I was listening to Scotland the brave with lyrics they did mention the word gay. So I guess the word has evolved from  ''something fun/happy''  >> homosexuality  >> feminine/girly   but im not saying that it still doesnt mean the other defenitions mentioned, I just think that when people call someone gay these days they point at that he's girly/feminine

Most ridiculous thing I've ever heard from a hater was that My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic is all that is wrong with cartoons nowadays. Stating that the show is one dimensional and made for the sole purpose of selling toys and that the previous "generations" were better. That the old My Little Pony shows promoted friendship, kindness and love. The kinds of things you want in a cartoon. Not realising the irony in that everything she said was correct, but she had the generations reversed.
