request Pony-Kart Team Needed

I need a team to help make a game named Pony-Kart, i'm "picking up the rains" as it were, after the original group "died" :( (Link To Original Creators Site: http://ponykart.net/ ) The problem is, is that the original Game engine dose not work on my computer, so I can't work on it... But I have found a solution, using the Unity 4 Game Creator (is used to make games to go to Xbox 360, PS3, PC, and even Iphone [somepony made a slender game via Unity, and it has a "thing" (can't Remember what it is actually its called, a "Skin" maybe?) that makes it look like MLP but 3d, I can do programming and such (not saying you guys can't help me on that subject, but music, sound effects, track design and basically everything else (Not a great sales pitch, I know...). This is going to be a community effort! Not just myself but (At least) 5,000+ want this game to be a reality! So Please Help!!!

And to top it all off Its going to be free once released (Don't Know about PS3 or 360 but Iphone and PC will Definitely be free!)

Yea, For Example Track Design (What the root of the tracks look like + Shortcuts) Costume Design (So you can customize your favorite pony.) Art (Track/Character Looks like) Or the Karts. Plus, I'm adding Create your own Pony, Create a Kart from the ground up. and a few other things that i have in mind, I don't know about custom characters/Karts, trying to figure this out as I go along...

New or not. You should have a basic knowledge of some programming language. For example; Java, Visual Basic, C+, C++

Programming languages are what makes everything work. From a simple push of a button to a whole array of interactions and other stuff. Without this, nothing would work.

There's already a team on over at https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/ponykart

Also of note is that ponykart is written in C# on top of Ogre, not Unity. There is some debate as to porting the current code base to another language to allow better cross platform support, though we don't have any definite answers one way or another yet.

C# isn't really a side project of C++ either, It's Microsoft's answer to Java.

I'm being totally honest.  95% of these "projects" don't end up finished, even WITH people who know how to code.  Sorry, but I would be wasting my time helping.  You should develop your skills before attempting something of this magnitude.

Good luck!
