Cone, but if it's really hot out I'll get a cup because the cone will melt before I can eat it and that just sucks.

Cone. Cone is half the ice cream. 

And hardmode is when you bite off the bottom and race to eat it before it starts melting out. Not exactly recommended.

Cone every time! less material waste and I get to eat it, win win! 
 

A cone might come with a paper napkin than can be recycled, my big gripe with cups is when the cup and spoon are made of plastic, and while there are some cups and spoons made of paper and wood respectively they still end up in the rubbish bin a lot of the time anyway

As for sprinkles… I totally love them on donuts but I can’t really think of a time where I’d prefer them on an ice cream.
