Right. I Think that Dumb-Bell is one of the most hypocritical characters in MLP:FIM. He says there is no such thing as a Sonic Rainboom. Yet he witnessed it as a child. Again, his name is DUMB-bell. What do you think?

The only victim in graffiti is the architect. Graffiti is not a crime.

That's not hypocrisy though, it's just stupidity. Hypocrisy would be if he was like

"That's so awesome Dash" and then went to

"That never happened"

Didn't both of them get knocked unconscious in the flashback? I know the brown pegasus did (he is Dumb-bell right?).

He was knocked off course (along with his friend) and to be assumed, unconscious during the race as seen at the 28 second mark and 52 second mark for the other pony. 
 

 

It was seen all over Equestria. Surely somepony must have at least told them about it.

The orange one at least is. He couldn't think of another insult besides "Rainbow Crash." As for Dumb-Bell, well you may have a point.
