Welcome to the World of Equine. A world split in half, a world of opportunities, a world of adventure, a world where the limits are endless. To the east of the world, lays the Eastern Continent, and to the west, the Western Continent, they are as diverse as can be. Each continent carrying a culture so different to one another, and on the continents themselves, the cultures are still diverse.

However, there aren’t just two continents, but one more in between the two, a smaller continent many known as Equestria. Ruled as a principality and with the laws of just and fairness, it is a beacon of rights in this medieval world. It is here that many opportunists will start out; it is here that many events of history had happened.

And now, we get into individualism. Your pony in this world can be granted nearly anything, anything to dream of. A rise from civilian to being a Duke, a governor, or even a general, anything is possible. However, it takes a great will to do so.

 

While all seems peaceful and perfect for Equine, there are dark storms brewing all over. These could be revolutions to things that may affect the world itself,

and at that time, it is your pony that needs to stop it, or else, your pony will suffer the consequences.

Ok, now we get into what the RP is. The RP is an Open-World type RP. It doesn’t matter what your pony does, as long as it is approved by me. Now, there will be events, and each event, I will guarantee you, will affect your OC, in a subtle or large way. And as each event progresses and is not stopped, the world will turn bleaker and bleaker by the second. Your pony might not know, but watch and be careful.

And the rules:

  • Good quality post. This means I want no nonsense unless approved by me. I want a post that has the basic grammar in it. (Clarification: capitalization. That is all I need.)
  • No Godmodding.
  • No Mary/Gary Sue/Stu.
  • Keep it Medieval/Fantasy. That means no guns, no aliens, tanks, nothing, unless approved by me. (Note: there are hand-cannons.)
  • Everyone starts at Equestria, unless approved by me. (Just ask, I’ll probably give you the seal of approval. But do note that is best to start in Equestria as the outside world would be confusing as hell.)
  • Any rules will be added on as time progresses.

I think I passed over this thinking it was something else. Huh.

 

This is something I'd love to be a part of - always interested in going past the borders of Equestria without machine guns / cyber demons and rebellions against the 'tyrant' princesses.

 

So... I've a few characters. I'd rather only take one (or possibly two) of them, but I'll post a few them to see who you'd prefer?

Who I prefer? Well it is kind of hard to choose really. For me it would be Wish Scribe. Seems to sound and look way, way too adorable. xD

 

Anyways, you can choose two OCs if you want. I don't mind a bit.

 

And I should really edit the thread's title to have Medieval and open-world.

I'd love to join this, since this is really my kind of RP, and you and cinderscribe are in it (bound to be interesting!)

 

If I may, I'd like to join as quite an exotic race: A satyr. No, NOT a faun, a satyr, two very different things.

And no, I'm not trying to anthro, I have quite a lot of lore on a satyr character of mine that I'd like to use for this RP. If nescessary I can explain through PM's.

 

If it's too complicated I will happily join with a normal OC.

 

Anyway, in short, this guy is a relatively weak satyr, since satyr's are actually very advanced sentient predators. They seek their pride and honor in the hunt, and they despise anything that is weak. Satyr's usually have claws, and a lot of muscle's, but Byter Brachwisr doesn't. Instead, he is very intelligent, cunning and he has learned a lot of shamanistic nature tricks thaf can help him with all sorts of things. Even though cunning, wits and prediction are very important for a good hunter, his family saw no value in him and forced him to leave the pack. Since then Byter has been wandering the continents aimlessly looking for a purpose, a goal, something to prove himself with. During his travels he became a very advanced shaman, and magically relatively powerful. He became wise and learned a lot about nature, animals and weather patterns. He seeks magic in nature instead of studies and books, because he never could otherwise... He has barely interacted with ponies because of his intimidating looks, raising out above ponies quite a lot (even though he is quite small for a satyr), but he is now looking to visit the equestrian schools, a bit naïvely hoping to learn something new.

 

Because he was raised as a satyr, an almost wild animal, he has a few strange habits, but he has a good hart.

 

To illustrate how far I have thought him out: yes, this was a SMALL summary.

 

I hope I can use him :3

I would allow him in. But first, can you tell me any sort of weakness or any drawbacks? I mean, brutal in attacks and high endurance, it kind of raises some eyebrows. Not saying it isn't ok, but can you list some weaknesses? Like not very bright? Slow? Something? :3

He can't communicate verbally, also he doesn't like to kill, Likes to keep his past to him self, and has no friends..

I've re-done his personality in more detail so you should be able to understand his flaws and back story better.
