So me and my friends were shooting the breeze the other day when the subject turned to the craptacular Street Fighter movie from the 90's. As we all probably know by now, it isn't very good, like, at all, but it ain't all bad, such as the late great Raúl Juliá's gloriously cheesy take on M. Bison. We were particularly taken with what iseasily one of the most awesome villain quotes ever.

 

And yes, that's Ming from Agents of SHIELD as Chun-Li.

 

It was that conversation that inspired this quote thread with a more specific agenda: name your all time favorite villain quotes. No inspirational bull crap or fluffiness here; we're talking the best quotes of pure maleficence and dastardly deeds. It can be from any medium or genre (sci-fi TV, horror music, the local magazines at the DMV) , and the subjects of the quotes can range from taunting the hero to describing their plans for world domination to telling the chef how they like their eggs. It just has to be satisfyingly evil and radical. Videos of the quote being said would be aces if you can find them.

Anyway, my favorite villain quote is delivered by someone who arguably isn't a villain at all, but he is classed as the antagonist so I'm putting it up here anyway. Fight me.

Okay, it's not one villain, but they have their hive mind, so they're basically just one being. Even though there's the queen. And that one time they had those rebels and... nah, whatever. They're the Borg, dammit! Scared the hell out of me when I was small. You know those villains with tragic stories, with personality, but the Borg... the Borg; they simply are. Cold, cruel, threatening presence. I love it.
