Yes it is finally that time of the year, the first day of Spring (at least in the northern hemisphere that is).

 

I've already explained why Spring is my favorite season but in case you haven't seen it check it out here

 

Ah yes Spring, the time where I can finally go outside without freezing to death, the time of my birthday and the time of seeing nature make it's full force back. It's so wonderful.

 

What are your favorite stuff about Spring? Discuss away!

I'll tell you what my favorite thing about spring is in 2014. The fact that Philadelphia's second snowiest winter in history is over! :D

Yes....Hallelujah, for Spring Time.    This winter we had in North East NJ was such a pain.......too much snow as well as the cold temperatures, :D.  Now time for the warm weather to hit.

I'll tell you what my favorite thing about spring is in 2014. The fact that Philadelphia's second snowiest winter in history is over! :D

You will not believe how cold it got in Illinois about a month or 2 ago. It got to like -19 degrees. That's not even an exaggeration, it really did get that cold.

I'm going to miss Winter :(

I adore the cold, snow, blizzards, ice, and everything that comes with it. (Not to mention occasionally snow days).

I just thrive in the winter!

 

I don't hate Spring, but I don't like it either..

This may sound crazy but Spring is too warm for me.

It's a beautiful time of the year for sure because animals are producing offspring and pants are come to life again.

 

And Summer... Oh god. I loath it. I HATE the heat. I become so crabby, miserable, and the heat literally makes me sick.

You will rarely see me outside in the Summer.

You won't even go swimming to cool off?

Winter is finally starting to wrap up where I live. The snow has just started melting in the past week or so.

 

It's about time! :D

I'm glad that the -30 weather stopped (stop all your complaining other people I went skiing and the cold broke the chairlift.)

 

Now that springs here so is spring break!

But even amongst this colder for a longer time than average winter where I live, we still had long extended of warm (even hot) weather with only short pockets of cold, especially over the last month. Where I live, 'Spring' begins to overtake winter by February, and by the time it's actually Spring on the calender, it just turns hot.

 

So excuse me, but I can't be excited for Spring. It's a most dreadful time of the year. It just means that heat becomes constant (and thus I don't get to sleep under covers anymore), bugs come back (which has already happened where I live T.T), and, worst of all, tornadoes and severe thunderstorms.

 

If there is ever anything that is ever deserving of the term 'overrated' (which is a term I usually hate because it usually is used for things that aren't necessarily popular or liked, but just that one hates), it would be Spring.

Personally I've had a bad experience in Winter. I got into a car crash due to skidding on ice. Bugs don't really bother me until about June and I'm usually really lucky to the point where I've never actually seen a tornado in my life. Oh and heat also doesn't bother me until June.

So yeah whatever season you like really depends on experience. Maybe I've just had a better experinece in Spring than Winter but hey that's just me. You can like whatever season you want.

Yay, spring, cannot wait till till the grass starts growing and I get ta mow again, love the smell of freshly mowed grass, and the warm spring rains. :)

My only thought is finally.

My favorite parts of spring are the greenery and the end of winter.

Finally being able to wear skirts and dresses, the clear sky and sun, the nature, the weather where it's not too cold but neither too warm.. There's a lot of things I like about spring. :)

I do love winter, but here in Canada... Oh, you can not believe the amounts of snow and cold we had! And I do think all you nice citizens of America had a winter just as bad.

 

Spring has had a bit of a bad start with me this year... Starbound is always talking about Minecraft: Pocket Edition and how the new update is coming very soon. To put it bluntly, it has become a little annoying....
