Knowing Bronies That Fit The Negative Stereotype

I am a military brony, I sometimes get that stereotype that military bronies are real echelon, non combat servicemen, but if you have seen the military brony panel at Bronycon, there were combat veterans, and on Deviant art, military bronies posted pictures from the front, so that stereotype is very false, but it easy to believe a stereotype than make you own conclusion. I was a hospital corpsman for the navy, my job was in both the front and the rear, like many jobs in the military, we are not the Rambo or Call of Duty characters, we get hurt, and it was my job to tend to the wounded, although I was never deployed, I had to treat people hurt during training, which goes to show you, that without the rear echelon, the combat troops cannot last all alone, also in basic training we were all trained for combat, no matter what job we had, so people are free to believe in whatever, however I leave stereotyping to the simpletons.

I don't know anyone who fits this stereotype actually  :sunbutt:  but then again i only know like four five bronies. My friend used to be a clopper , but that didn't last long and he isn't one anymore.

Hmm. Not really. From what I've seen bronies come from all walks of life. Fans are young and old, male/female/trans, overweight, skinny, couples/singles etc. I have seen a few at conventions that fit the neck beard/fedora stereotype but it wasn't super overwhelming. I see a lot of diversity within the fandom and that's what makes it great!
