    tehnext617. Anypony feel free to add me. I am always down for an interesting conversation with a stranger. They say everyone you meet knows something you don't. Maybe I can learn something from you. I always love an interesting story too.

    So what is Big Macintosh joined this forum? He could never post. All he says is "Eeyup" or "Nooope." Don't get me wrong, the mods on here are excellent, polite, and consistent. I spose I am used to a little bit more trust in the members. There are quite a few younger folks on here so I understand language and stuff pertaining to that. I don't particularly care for the status update thing. Like it is cool at all but some of the folks on here update it +20 times a day. It is just as much of a hassle for me to delete 200 notifications than it is for you to scroll past a thread you find lacking content.

    I am not insulting the mods at all. They are doing their job. Fact is, a lot of good discussion is stunted by unrealistic rules. I have been on forums for more +10 years and this is most heavily moderated one I have ever been on. Turnover rate on the members seems to be high, no one really knows each other like they do on other forums I am on. People just sort of come and go here. Sure there are regular posters, but it's apparent there is a major lack of that personal touch here.

    Threads getting locked before they even have a chance to take off, minimum character limits on posts, general over moderating. I think this place would be a lot more personal if such things were abolished. Don't get me wrong, this place is great. But it is hard to communicate naturally when I have to stretch my point across or when my thread with 5 replies, within a half hour, gets locked for containing too little content before I even have a chance to reply. Am I alone on this? Call me crazy, but I think the relationships of the posters would be a lot tighter and this community would be closer if we were allowed just a bit more freedom.

    I got mine in Fort Wayne!!! I am about 20 minutes away from Glenbrook. Cool to know there is a fellow brony near by.

    They are wicked soft. I am 25 and I work in a fab shop. It is very manly work, the guys I work with are tough as nails. I am pretty tough myself. They all know I have a Rainbow Dash sticker on my car but I don't really care what they think. Ponies make me happy so I am not going to let other peoples opinions get in the way of my happiness.     I just got a Rainbow Dash last night. She is awesome, they really did a good job on them. I'm sure most people would find it incredibly creepy that I snuggle with it and lay in bed and watch the show. Gotta say, I wish they had Rarity out. I was too impatient to wait for her though so I got a Dash. Dash is best pony anyway.Gotta say though, I will get a Rarity when she comes out.

    So the good news the clip is just part of a commercial for EQG dolls. I just saw it on the television today. This had me a little scared at first to be honest.

    That was completely stupid. One of my favorite aspects of the show is the voice acting and animation. For pony's sake! I hope this is some sort of joke.

    The part that just really cracked me up was when Twilight sparkle says "PRINCIPAL Celestia?!" I sort of had the same reaction when Fluttershy said it so nonchalant.

    I think it was really good. Sounds like something a brony would have done themselves. As a matter of fact, I vaguely remember hearing something very similar on youtube a while back.

    I generally watch at least an episode every night before bed. If I have more time, I watch a few. But I never seem to get sick of episodes I have seen dozens of times. I can't wait for thenext season along with Equestria Girls for some new content though. How about you, how often do you watch the show?

    I would like to pull off some sort of elaborate heist. Oceans 11 style. I have been in jail a few times and it totally sucks. If I ever go back, I'd rather it be for something that isn't stupid or petty. Worth the risk/reward so to speak.

    Sailor moon is badass. I don't even consider Power Puff Girls to be girly to be honest. Tara Strong said in an interview that her boys like that show but completely yack at My Little Pony.

    Aside from MLP, what are some other girly things that you enjoy? Straight up, I am about as manly as it gets. I work on cranes/semis and I am a fabricator. But I do like MLP. I also like girly pop music and watching the Disney channel. I think sparkly glittery things are cool looking. Does it make me any less of a man? I don't think so. I don't feel insecure at all. I think confidence is what makes a man, a man.

    Tara Strong! How cool would that be? She is pretty awesome and anyone would have to agree she has a sexy voice. David Carradine would be cool too but he is dead.

    A hot chick with a rockin body. I can be a bit shameless when it comes to checking out a nice rack or a round booty. It can get me into trouble i.e.: getting slapped, dirty looks, walking into things, riding a bike into a parked car.

    I hit a dog the other night. I am pretty sure it died. I feel bad, but it's sort of the owners fault for not having it in a fence. I was just glad my car didnt have any damage.

    Hey not bad! Seein her without the clodhoppers all posed looks a lot better. Since you did such a good job on the eyes, maybe you could try painting the boots?

    If I randomly grew a pair of wings: I would try out for the wonderbolts. Jump on rainclouds. Play pranks. Get snacks. Nap in tress.

    The boots are ugly. The outfit itself makes her look sort of like an evil witch or something. Twilight is a dorky egghead, not some sort of evil enchantress who does evil dances. It just doesn't make me think "Twilight Sparkle." I do give you props for creativity though. Those dolls are pretty ugly to begin with IMO so you really didn't ruin it or anything.

    I don't get the Octavia thing either. I spose I don't find their designs very interesting. I do like Derpy based on design and the history of her. I really like Trixie based on design alone. I like the character too, but I think Trixie has one of the coolest designs. That being said, I guess I have a better understanding for this concept. People just like what they like!

    I don't get it. Everyone seems to be obsessed with her when she is hardly in the show. Somepony explain to me what the big deal is with her and why she is so liked.

    I don't get it. I don't like it very much. Not that the work is bad by any means, I just don't get why you did what you did. The dolls are pretty terrible to begin with, I think the outfit you chose is ugly. I think the look on her face is awkward. That's just me though, it's your doll. Again, the work is really impressive.

    She is essentially a character that the fans made. We named her Derpy. The people who make the show decided to give us a shoutout in The Last Roundup. I really think the reason she is so popular is the fact that it really shows that they actually care about what the fans think and make an attempt to cater to that rather than just assuming what we like. Sort of like Equestria Girls, there was a lot of brony influence to it. Even the opening song, that was sort of a cheers to all the fans who make ponystep music/remixes of the music from the show. Derpy is sort of the avatar of the concept.
