Honestly, every artist alley is different. I have worked a few different tables at a few different conventions and it's always a toss up on what sells and what doesn't. People love art, especially unique art. And honestly you don't have to be good, you just have to have something special that makes people go "I need that". One of my highest selling prints was a Pikachu with a mustache. Doing unique spins on a fandom or two are always popular. Especially combining two fandoms in an interesting way. It's whatever you feel like doing, though. If you don't enjoy what you're doing, it'll show through in your finished product. Don't make things for the money, make them for the people.

The motion itself is wonderful, more frames as repsol said, and perhaps do two loops of the running? When the loop repeats, it looks like grows weirdly larger and looks funny. Perhaps adding more frames or making the loop connect smoother at the ends would help? But as for the animating itself, wonderful job!

If you have a smaller number of still frames, I could potentially do something like this. These do take a little work so the less frames there are, the faster I can get it done.

There is a reason that wonderful generous artists stop drawing for people in the fandom because unless you're paying them they actually have no obligation to be doing these things other than the kindness of their hearts. If you actually want something hella specific, and the ability and authorization to critique and say "But I wanted this not that!" then pay them money. If they're actually doing this to be kind and give you something that you want but are receiving nothing in return other than practice, you have NO RIGHT TO BE GREEDY! Pandora is only a little like you. She may have sometimes thought that she was special, or destined for greater things, but probably dismissed the idea as a fantasy. She's got no emotional scars to speak of. And she's gotten no slack from you. In general, you care deeply about Pandora, but you're smart enough to let her stand on her own, without burdening her with your personal fantasies or propping her up with idealization and over-dramatization.
