Still juggling the TF2 server, my own hobbies, tons of schoolwork and studying, and working out the details for a new feature of MLPForums, but... Fanfiction writers who enjoyed the MLPForums 500 Word Fanfic Challenge, you might be squealing for joy soon over more contests. No information to be given yet, but by October things should be settled. -
I'm like the Howard Stern of the forums; I get close to being borderline NSFW some of the times, but I know my exact limits and have received no warning points ever and have even befriended a majority of the rest of the staff.

Having 3 tests at school today; fortunately, that frees me up for a week from hard studying, so I should have time for fanfiction AND upgrading/configuring the TF2 Server this afternoon -- thinking of adding a few suggested mods.

Ugh, Hiroshima discussion. I hate when in school we have to debate this with a serious face. - Hiroshima and Nagasaki indirectly saved more lives than were actually lost. If the Japs didn't surrender after the bombings, we would have had to do a full scale invasion of Japan -- it was estimated that we would lose 300,000+ USA soldiers, and well into the millions of Japanese militants and civilians (they would have literally fought to the last man) - Everyone points to Hiroshima as a great evil, while in Berlin we killed almost a million Germans with incendiary bombs over the course of WWII, far more than both atomic bomb fatalities combined. - Comments said above. This was during war. The only comparison you could make to a WWII event that was similar to 9/11 was Pearl Harbor, because that was before wartime and was a homeland attack. -

What is your favorite fanfiction(s), and why do you like it? I write fanfiction, I don't read it (except for giving critique) -- I haven't really run into one I liked yet. Which fanfic do you feel the greatest emotion from? The above. What is your least favorite and why? Whatever's featured on Fimfiction right now -- most featured fics aren't as top notch as the ratings say. However, My Little Dashie is a horrible one. Horribly written, poor execution, boring, rushed, overall terrible. Most overrated fic of all time. Do a s/Rainbow Dash/A small sentient dog/ and nobody would cry; people like it because "Hurr durr, I love dahie I wan 2 raise her from foalhood 2". Have you ever wished you never read a fanfic? Not really. Have you ever tried to write a fanfic of your own before? Yep. What do you feel about clopfics/grimdarks? They're fine as long as they're executed well. Clop for the point of clop and gore for the glory of blood is what many of them turn out to be, however (mostly with GrimDarks) Other thoughts? I had bananas and shrimp for breakfast and they were amazing. -

Rather well written, I like. Didn't like a few word choices, like "binaries", which didn't seem as fitting as "states", but overall it's a good read. Perhaps a few extra commas here and there would be beneficial for dramatic pauses, but that's totally dependent on style.

Heh, go to help some stupid kid in my Design and Tech class. Apparently I'm a "jewish piece of shit faggot american eagle" something or another. I'm like, totally not jewish. I then go to the library and there are freshmen running everywhere, stealing chairs, yelling "we've got a badass over here." Christ, this school. Its whiteness is too much for me, and I'm white.
