I'm still waiting to be able to record music. Won't get my new recording interface until Monday In the meantime, how about Whitechapel ponyfied? I couldn't come up with anything for Whitechapel that's punny, but the members are Gabe Crop (Crisp), Ben Saddle (Savage), Alex Waler (Wade), Filly (Phil) Bozeman, Ben Cantle-Rode (Harclerode), and Zach Housecanter (Householder). LOL!

I have been trying to design guns that Earth Ponies can use, but I'm having a difficult time creating something that is both practical and accurate. I've finally nailed down a design of how it may work, but I can't seem to get around making it less fragile looking. I'm no engineer, but the idea I seem to have down just looks delicate. The distance between the mouth and hoof is too great, so I think the mouth driven trigger is out. Also, I think that a hoof stabilized handle would disable running to far too great a degree. Without going to Predator shoulder mounted route, can anypony help me out? Attached is my initial design. Here are the notes: 1. Cylinder hinges open to allow bullets to be loaded. 2. Small step plate is depressed to release cylinder. 3. Hammer is pressed down with hoof or top teeth and locked back for single-action revolvers. For double-action, the trigger mechanism pulls back hammer automatically. 4. Trigger rod is pushed forward by the user biting down on the trigger plates. 5. Trigger rod rotates trigger mechanism, releases the hammer, and ignites a center fire cartridge. 6. The weapon is stablized by a hoof cuff around the front of the hoof. 7. A rubber lined cuff fits between the ankle and coronary band to prevent the weapon from being unintentionally dropped. Pressing down on the bottom of the hoof cuff brings the coronary band cuff upwards and provides the user's grip to the weapon. 8. Trigger plates are bitten to depress the trigger rod which rotates the trigger.

While I await my new recording interface to arrive and allow me to continue doing music, I am drawing random sexy ponies. Today we have Twilight on a poor rendition of a 2009 Honda Fury. I think I got the idea of it being a motorcycle, but it doesn't look like a Fury. I also love drawing chrome because it tends to violate everything I know about shading which makes it a challenging and fun experience. 4hrs 31min.

general media 'Creepy' music you find relaxing
Stallionslaughter replied to catnet's topic in Media Discussion
Right? Interestingly enough, my son has fallen asleep in his car seat with Suicide Silence going. I think All Shall Perish, Lamb of God, Job for a Cowboy, and all of those bands are just relaxing. -
I don't know if it's THAT good, but I appreciate the sentiment.

Your thoughts on smoking and chewing tobacco.
Stallionslaughter replied to SolidTwilight's topic in General Discussion
1. I started smoking cigarettes when I was 12. Swtiched to Copenhagen long cut when I was 19, did both until I was 23. Now, I just chew. (Another plus from chewing is that no one bums from you.) 2. I enjoy dip. I'm not so big on smoking anymore. I grew up on a ranch, and it was the thing to do for some reason. The old saying from the predator movie: "A bunch of slack jawed faggots 'round here. This shit will make you into a god damn sexual tyrannosaurus, like me." 3. At times when I'm strapped for cash. I always think: Why did I spend all that money on tobacco? or Why can't I sleep!? (during withdrawal) 4. Think about anything expensive you'd ever want to own or already own. The addition of tobacco in your life makes it more difficult to procure those things. Money is always tight, and it is truly a waste of money. -
Sorry about the enormous wait, buddy. I agreed to do this about 2 months ago, and I found some free time, so I threw it together. I'm not big on the idea of ponies with guns, but here you go! I've been having issues with my scanner and it's been coming out a bit pixelated, but I thought it was still good enough to throw out there. Oh, by the way, this is with number 2 pencil.

Rainbow Dash In Weirdest Ad Ever!
Stallionslaughter replied to LZRD WZRD's topic in Sugarcube Corner
First of all; Bail bondsmen don't need to advertise if they're across the street from the jail. When most family members receive the call that somepony has been arrested, they go straight to the jail and go to whatever bail bondsman is nearby. I don't know if this is common knowledge, but if you get arrested, you can't bond yourself. Someone else has to put up collateral for you even if they're using your money that you had on you when you were arrested which is called a property release bail and is common. Second, Rainbow Dash being in the commercial couldn't have been used with permission. Not only that, but it was so random and irrelevant. What the...? I can't even... meh! What I'm getting at is that the pure retardery that surrounds this entire thing spurs so much irrational frustration out of me.- 33 replies

To any recording bronies, the fact that I RCA out into the headphone jack of my computer to record guitars, drums, and vocals is seriously laughable. The fact that I was able to create anything worthwhile with that set-up has amazed even myself, but I was recording on an extremely tight budget and that was the cheapest way to do it. I just bought a Scarlett 2i2 USB interface and Ableton 8. I have been mastering my music in Fruity Loops 8 for years, and I was wondering if I could get some tips from fellow Ableton users. I fear change, but fruity loops for metal mastering was proving to be difficult and always left me dissatisfied. I've read tutorials and watched youtube videos, but they invariably use colloquial terms that end up just confusing me. Does anypony have any tips that will expedite my recording experience? (Attached is a deathcore song that was recorded, mixed, mastered in Fruity Loops 8 through the headphone jack of my PC.) What does this sound like..mp3

I wish I had a good picture of my pony shirt, but Suicide Silence is my shit. -
Nah. I'm talking about a stallion or mare whom would really like to be an artist. Would you say the same thing?
-
I have an 18 month old whom loves to leave his cars and other small toys laying about. Thus, shoes are a necessary in my house unless you want a sore foot at one time or another.
-
If you come across a pony whom simply hasn't the knack for drawing, and they show you a picture that they've done of which they're very proud and there isn't anything remotely nice about their work, what would you say? How do you honestly provide feedback while still encouraging them to continue their effort?

It's always awesome to meet fellow parent bronies! (I have a little boy. I was a fan before he was born though.)

Not a lot of information to go off of, but g'day anyway!

No drugs and into metal, eh? You sound like my kind of bloke. Except I contrast greatly due to being married, a father, and non-spiritual. We should hang out.

I'm not big on anime, but all that other stuff sounds awesome. My wife has the same combo of favorite mane 6's. She'd diligent and hyperactive at the same time. G'day!

By Celestia's mercy! I like your work. I had to copy and paste the link because it's broken. I'm Hardrockllama by the way. That's who's liking all your stuff.
