This episode did a great job "sealing the deal" when it comes to me becoming a Brony. All in all, this episode did a great job in both solidifying the characters' personalities, and maintaining it's upbeat, and entertaining form, as was introduced in the first two episodes.

As I am sure is the same with many on this forum, I was instantly hooked by the first two episodes. They were both very funny, entertaining, and altogether well done.

I think that he is a dragon, but the question is what kind of dragon is he? Certainly no kind of dragon that we have seen so far in Equestria. I'll be honest, I am really confused at how his aging works. Basically what confuses me, is the fact that in "Secret of my Excess", he grows and ages based on how greedy he gets. My main question is how in Equestria does his aging cycle work?

Haha! Good point there! I will explain further in that case! I really enjoyed the song. I also enjoyed the fact that we were able to see a side of RD that you almost never get to see. I have never really liked RD's headstrong ways, if you know what I mean. I love her to death as a character, so don't get me wrong, its just that I think that sometimes it can be a bit much. I was just left amazed at the character development that we saw in this episode. It allowed me to relate to RD more than I ever thought I would. It is almost as if she hides her true emotions behind a facade, that she makes out to be her headstrong, and over confident attitudes. In this episode however, I enjoyed seeing Rainbow Dash letting out some of that built up emotion. Life as a bottler could not have been alluded to any better than what was portrayed in this episode. RD was ready to mope around for the whole winter, before she let her emotions out. I found this episode to be a great lesson in the fact that to move forward in life, we need to come to terms with our emotions, and let them out. It was just a great way to say, "hey, everyone has their pitfalls in life, but if there is any chance of rising, and conquering these hard times, we must learn to not only come to term with our emotions, but as is commonly said 'let it out'." It is amazing how much good it can do for you to have a good cry when you really need to let some emotion out. It might sound pansie, but we watch My Little Pony for corn's sake!

I would like to say that I am able to completely ignore the comments some people say online, but I would be lying. In fact, I will often be in the middle of writing a comment back to someone else's hateful comment on a youtube video or something, and I will just stop and force myself to let it be, and erase everything I have written. In the end, negative comments really make me mad sometimes, but I have been realizing that I don't care what other people think about me. What matters is that I know what kind of person I am. They can say that I am autistic, a pedophile, and any other thing they want to call me, but in the end the fact is that it is not true. It is their own loss for not wanting to give me a chance. They are just hurting themselves by judging me based on some TV show I watch. After all, if someone wants to judge another human being based on something like that, they aren't the kind of person I want to be associating myself with anyway.

I loved this episode!...I don't really have much more to say aside from that actually...

Interesting theory, but I do agree with most other posters on this topic. I don't think that the plot is that complicated. It is, after all, also for kids. I don't think that they would have made a plot line that entirely complicated. Definitely an interesting theory, though!

As previously stated, I think that this is in fact just a head cannon thing. I've never considered them gods, while others may have. The way I see it, they are just very powerful, ageless, royal beings. I am not sure if you have seen "Adventure Time", though I would guess that you have, or are at least a bit familiar with it. I like to compare Celestia, and Luna's state of being, with the character Princess Bubblegum. Though PB is nowhere near as powerful as Celestia or Luna, she has been alive for thousands of years if I remember correctly, and she has been ruling the kingdom for many, many centuries. Though Celestia and Luna don't compare to PB exactly 100%, I like to see them as very powerful beings, that aren't immortal, but are impervious to age.(Another comparative that comes to mind are the Elves of Middle-Earth)

Trying to get home would be the last thing I would ever do! To start out, right when I woke up, I would probably freak out a bit. I would be thinking that I was dreaming at first until I found out that it was all real. I would then proceed to find the Mane 6, and tell them my story. Twilight would probably offer to try to figure out a way to send me home. I would tell her not to, because I wanted to stay. From that point on I would probably get a job in Ponyville and just go from there. Some people would probably say that they would introduce the internet, or internal combustion engines into the world, but I would not do this. For the longest time, I have longed for a simpler life. It would be nice to live in a place without the hustle and bustle of modern technology. A world where nopony is completely absorbed by their smart phones that they can't live life to the fullest extent possible.

This one made me think a bit. First of all, I think that I would probably be a Pegasus. I don't really have a completely valid reason for it, aside from the fact that it is what I feel like I associate the most with. As for what I would look like, I think that I would have a dark blue coat, and a mane with both light blue, and violet. My eye color would probably be a light magenta. I have yet to figure out what my cutie mark would be.

Much want!*drools* I have a couple of We Love Fine MLP shirts, and I love them. I want more though!

I imagine that there is more that goes on "backstage" so to speak. After all, we don't see every moment of their waking lives.

I think that my first favorite pony was Rainbow Dash. Though, I quickly evolved to a point where rather than having a absolute number one favorite pony, I just admired qualities that each of the Mane 6 had.
