I know exactly why scootaloo cannot fly. So, it makes it neigh impossible for them to be able to function right and thus robs them of their ability to fly.

I have a fan theory. Trixie is being treated like crap because she is based off a bully that used to torment the writer when they were a kid! THAT is why the bad treatment and only because of fans being angry with them, they decided to make her starlights new friend.

Shes growing on me, I just find it strange that someone who seems a lot older than the rest of the mane six is beign tutored by twilight. Her hair style gives me the impression of a typical mom type from the 60's or so t.v shows and kind of makes her seem a lot older than she probably is. How old do you guys think she is? My guess is something like 30-35.

They should make an episode based on this promo! Jokes aside, maybe she makes a colt/stallion friend? Or learns how friends should act in a group and to put the groups needs over your own? Those would make great episodes.

But according to the history of Hearths warming, they couldn't. Only earth ponies knew and could grow crops for the others, so I would assume that they are the only ones who know how or could do such a thing for some reason.

Not to mention the tricks she has been shown doing are far outclassed by most of our own magicians. Like that guy who can walk through a gate, or that tablet trick where that guy pulls any item shown in a picture in his tablet into the real world, flying, making the statue of liberty disappear and so on.

It was the best explaination for what I could think of. Maybe she meant real magic as in "powerful" magic and teleportation is harder?

Earth ponies are the farmers, bakers, servants and craftsponies. Without them, the others don't have much.

That sounds like the most incredibly boring thing I have ever heard of in my entire life. I guess it would either come down to what kind of trip it was. If it is a trip to a city, Than Twilight would be my choice because of how well organized she is and how well planned the trip would be to see all the sights we could see. If it is a trip to nature, Fluttershy would be my choice because she would enjoy being outside and actually exploring around outside the most. If my outside trip involves doing anything that has a lot of physical activity like hiking, swimming, or skying or anything like that, Rainbow Dash would be my choice.

Zero Snark, she is cold, calculative, and a murderer. Basically the kind of personality someone made of ice with an ice heart and ice cold water for blood and a perma frost body would have.

Disney doesn't have enough money to buy every company they want. They don't have the money to buy Hasbro, remember, hasbro owns Wizard of the Coast. They are too large of a company. Then again, they did buy marvel...so maybe,. But I doubt they ever could do it.

This should answer your question. Basically, A single "light" kick from Applejack would be enough to snap the hardest thickest bone in your entire body. A Powerful Kick would be enough to probably kill you and a full power double hoofed death kick would obliterate your body in pieces. Ponies are more faster, more durable, able to break or at least bend the laws oh physics with their bodies in ways that our greatest machines cannot even do.

In FIM, they are in their early twenties and maybe mid twenties or so since they all live on their own and operate their own businesses etc. In Equestria Girls, they are between the ages of 15-17.

There is not enough to sell them to carnivores for any kind of real profit, so my guess is using them for chores, truffle hunting, or other farm work. Either that or ponies eat meat and that is their winters supply of it.

Trixie can bend rainbows because rainbows are made of light, not physical matter. Her powers is Stage magic and in the mlp universe that means she can only manipulate anything that isn't physical and they do so in a way that makes for a great show! Stage magic is all "smoke and mirrors". You know, smoke...as in gas and something not physical! Let me explain, she can use her magic to lift things because all unicorns can, but she cannot fire a Lightning bolt like twilight can because that has too strong of a "physical" propriety to it! She cannot teleport to teleport out of the beasts mouth when fired into it because that would require her manipulating a physical body which is her own and it requires far greater study and magical power that she has. Her powers is the ability to alter sight and sound which means everything you can imagine regarding stage magic since if you can control your audiences sight and hearing, you control their perception, if you control their perception, you basically control them enough to fool them into seeing and hearing whatever you want which is the entire basis of stage magic and thus, her illusions and stage magic! Twilight could never possibly match Trixie in Stage magic because it requires magic that she has never exclusively studied. No matter how much she tried to study it or how quickly she would learn, Trixie has spent her entire life exclusively studying perceptive magic and twilight has studied physical magic and maybe touched a little on perceptive magic. So there you have it! Trixie has the power of Perceptive Magic while Twilight and other unicorns spend their lives learning Physical magic which is regarded as "real" magic since the things they control are more real "tangible, touchable, etc" than light and sound.

The songs were OK, but the pacing was extremely off for being a Christmas Carol Rip off, it didn't really showcase the lesson they were trying to teach "at all", and it really didn't give any reason for Starlight to actually join them in the end at all. So, some ponies aren't emphasizing the gifts part of it as much as she thought, so what? Still not a reason to all of the sudden join in on anything and her character and the story book character were nothing alike at that time. She just didn't want to go to a party and Twilight used a story to "guilt trip" her into doing so because Windigos

Best part of this episode was finding out that Rainbow Dash, underneath all of that Tomboy exterior is a Girly lady afterall!

I cannot believe how serious Fluttershy was through the entire episode. The moment she saw him she was all, Angry I hate you mode all the time, you could really tell how much she really disliked her brother. I was confused as to why "peeved" was considered a curse word, but I think she is his mother.

Speaking of Hasbro, I just found out something that I didn't know before. Hasbro actualy owns Wizards of the Coast. They own Dungeons and Dragons and Magic the Gathering.

I know this question has been asked many times before, but this time it is actually, literally different. There actually IS nothing else for the characters to achieve and I am starting to actually fear that next season might be the final season. I was really looking forward to a 8 or a 9 season series like how the original plan for the series was suppose to be for. However, there is nothing left for the characters to achieve. Let me break it down for you a bit in my perspective. Twilight Sparkle - She has her mentor thing going on, but that is it. She is not a student and Celestia and Luna have nothing to teach her. She is in every way their equal and has found her place in Equestria as the Princess of Friendship with zero lessons about friendship to learn herself, but lessons about how to teach and mentor and how to teach others what she knows. Her goal in life concerning learning is over and now it is just teaching. Pinkie Pie - Pinkie Pie is one of the two perfect characters in the group. She has no life goal, she has no purpose in life other than what they already do every single day of their life. She has her quirks yes, but everyone has those. Nothing to aspire for and nothing to lose. AppleJack - Even more so than Pinkie, the only thing we could see from her is winning that rodeo or whatever it was a long time ago that she entered. I forget what it was. The only thing left is to explain what happened to mom and dad and that is about it. Rarity- Now that she has three locations, Ponyville, Canterlot and now Manehatten - There is nothing left for her to aspire to but to get married to some super wealthy, silver spoon, born into prestige prince of somekind stallion. But, that is never going to happen really so whatever. Fluttershy - Has all but basically conquered her shyness and is perfectly content with life. Rainbow Dash - Is now a fulltime Wonderbolt unlike before. She has nothing left to aspire for because her life's dream has now been realized. CMC - Cutie Marks accomplished DT - Now a reformed Brat Bulk Biceps - Has now decided to teach other ponies how to lift stuff. Trixie - Now has a friend, not just a friend but her very first friend ever and is now IN with the Princess of Friendship's Apprentice. Luna - Reformed and happy Starlight Glimmer - Basicall the only pony left to do anything with. So whats next?

It WAS A GREAT episode! A wonderful way to end my birthday that didn't go so well.
