there are ups and downs in all fandoms. to me it seems like a lot of fans of Doctor Who jumped ship after Matt Smith left. if that is the case for MLP then so be it. There are many new fans everyday and true fans that will probably continue to the love the show for years to come. I truly think the growing popularity of the show has lead to an amazing new season, bigger and better conventions and great new merchandise like the power pony line!

I have been to BABScon since i live in Northern California. it was super fun and enjoyable. It had an intimate feel not to big not to small. Even got to see the Big Mac's VA at the hotels Sports Bar & Grill when were were having dinner and drinks.

I love Halloween and so the Nightmare night episode is by far my most favorite of the series. I even used it in my OC pony name.

Yes that can be a problem, you want it to be true to your personality but not get urself sued! think of other ways to incorporate thunder... Hmmm maybe somthing like ThunderStruck or Thunder Buck (Buck as a horse kicking but also a play on words as its similar to struck)

I am a huge Princess Luna Fan! As you can tell from my name I am a loyal follower of Princess Luna. I chose the name as a play on words I have MLP card came card that refers to Princess Luna as the "Night Mare" and I love Halloween (AKA Nightmare Night) I thought it was rather clever, Piece them together, I am the Night Mare's Knight so call me NightMare Knight! That is a great name!! Very cleaver

It can be hard, just know that you are not alone. We are all on here because we want to have an outlet and safe place to be ourselves. I work in education with Elementary School kids and High School. Its fun because i told a group of my 3rd graders that I liked MLP and the Girls thought it was cool, they ask about my collection and think it is fun that an adult likes the show. One little boy tried to tease me for liking a "girl show" almost immediately one of the girls said "There no such thing as a boys or girl show, I like the color black and Darth Vader and I'm a girl!" After class another boy came up to me and said that he watches the show online because he doesn't want his older brothers to see it on the Netflix history. I am open with the little ones because i want to show them that its ok to be yourself and there will always be someone who has your back. For me at that moment it was a little 8 year old girl. Your parents might never understand but no matter what they are your parents and they still care. Im sure there was a time when your parents cared about something that your grandparents despised! They just forgot, history will always has a way to repeat itself. Just remember these moments when your older in the future and your kids have an interest that may seem a little different....

I am pretty open about being a Brony. I dont mind telling people, all my friends know and i even introduced me GF to MLPFiM now were are both hooked on the show.
