    this thread is for people to post what they hope will happen and what they think will happen in season 6. my hopes: mane six face biggest threat yet. we see star swirl the bearded twilight becomes even more powerful starlight doesn't steal twilights thunder tree of disharmony!!! theories: I think starswirl is holding back some great evil from breaking into equestria. and next season it will break through. please post all thoughts!

    this would infuriate me. twilight is the one with unlimited magical potential, shes a alicorn and shes the main character in the show. twilight has so much more magic to learn herself and there gonna have someone who just came into the show last season pass her! sorry, got a little enraged.

    my theory is she found a secret stash of starswirls spells and made herself more powerful or her battle with twilight, if she found one spell she could have easily gotten other spells. im pretty sure that according to canon twilight should have unlimited magical potential and one day become the most powerful pony in equestria. im not saying she is the most powerful pony right now but I hope next season we don't see her and starlight as equals.

    I just watched the finale today and LOVED IT! but I wanna know, is starlight supposed to be more powerful than twily? it seems kinda weird considering twilight is a alicorn, but who knows, maybe starlight buffed herself up with some other spell we didn't see. also what is starlights cutie mark? I cant tell what it is.

    celestia dose not fight much now because she runs the whole kingdom. shes like odin in marvel comics,she could go wipe out all her enemies, but she lets twilight do it because she doesn't have the time, plus she needs to keep up her strength to lift the sun. if she had to lift the sun and fight every single enemy that attacked equestria she would probably have to enter the celestia sleep or something. also celestia is letting twilight defeat all the monsters so she can unlock her true potential and succeed her as ruler someday.

    they weren't holding him back the whole 1,000 years. the sisters locked him in ice and then left him, also it looked like they did it easily.

    the changelings can feed on love to make them stronger, like steroids. this does not mean that shining armour could beat celestia as no unicorn except maybe starswirl the bearded could defeat a alicorn in magical combat.

    don't tell me anything about season 5 cuz I haven't seen the finale but im pretty sure that the princesses got there power back after season 4.

    um no. celestia is the most powerful pony in equestrian right now, though twilight should surpass her someday. he may be able to make really powerful force fields but celestia has thousands of years of mystic knowledge and the power to lift the sun. I wouldn't say he is more talented. if celestia wanted to she could make a force field just as powerful as his but she didn't because its his job. celestia raises the sun every morning which is why she has guards and servants to take care of things like force fields.

    i believe twilight and cadence are just as immortal as celestia or luna. if we go by the greek mythology the show is based on we see that the Olympians could turn mortals into full gods as they did with Hercules, so there is no reason that twilight should only be partly immortal if celestia is a full immortal. i have my own theory or head canon as ive heard it called, that twilight was always a alicorn. i think that certain ponies are born with the potential to turn into alicorns when they fully fulfill there cutie marks. though this has only happened twice in thousands of years.
