    How could i not? I know it's cliche, unoriginal, and anyone can see it coming, but i already have a few ideas on how i could make it work

    So i had this idea for a kind of Batman - MLP: FiM crossover fic, but here me out: Pretty much, i was going to write Christopher Nolan's Batman trilogy the way i think it should've gone (I.e. my own adaptation of Batman), but told using characters, locations, and features of MLP: FiM. I don't want to give away too many of the idea's i had, but what i can tell you is: Twilight will be Batman, the Batman will only be refereed to as 'The Purple Knight', and each character of MLP: FiM will play the Batman character/villian that i think best suits them (even the side characters and background ponies). The fic will be one big split into 3 sections (one for each movie, of course) The story will be loosely based of Nolan's story, but i will through in my own personal edits to the story, and even my own idea's/concepts What do you think? Should i bother going through with it?

    No offence, but "opening old wounds" is exactly what you're doing by starting this thread Anyway, i always felt that Derpy's (older) voice could be considered offensive by people who have real mental disabilities, but i always thought that people overreacted when it was changed. I never got how they thought that 'Derpy was killed', she was only censored. She's the same old Derpy, just with a voice that doesn't sound like a Family Guy character *Edit* I did think it was stupid that they cut her name out. I never thought that the word "Derp" was offensive, i just thought it was a funny word people said. That's the only real thing that annoy's me though

    Try watching the actual episodes they appear in (A Canterlot Wedding, Parts 1 and 2), then you'll see why you can't just "take one home and love it"

    I am quite a very stereotypical brony, but... "Bronies are fat" - I'm a bit chubby across the thighs and flanks, but i'm generally quite slender. Also, i cycle on an almost daily basis (when it's during school time, i DO cycle daily) "Virgins" - I'm only 15, i'd be breaking the law if i had sex "No social lives" - I am happy with what i have. I have several really good friends, and sometimes we even go to my best friends house. But generally, i'm an introvert, and dislike social interaction "Lives with parents" - Again, i'm only 15. But the second i have enough money for my own place, i'm leaving this horrid family "And are obsessed" - In the words of RED Sniper: "Being a brony's a good hobby, mate". There's nothing wrong with having obsession over something you like, especially if it's your primary hobby. It's no worse than being obsessed with sports. Other than that, i am your average brony. But i'm proud of it; i'd rather be a brony then a sh*t-for-brains 'manly man'.

    I'd love to help. I'm not the best VA around, but i do like to play around with certain accents and characters. Recently, i've been practicing my western accent and trying to impersonate Edna Mode (the fashion designer from The Incredible's). Please tell me a style and link me some lines

Celestia's visions of egalitarianism and peace have been her very downfall; dictators from far off continents, and even equine double agents, have bought the great country of Equestria into "the great war". The country itself has been split into two districts: "Cantilot (D1)", and the mysterious second district... often referred to by members of Cantilot as "The Trash County". No pony has been brave enough to venture into the Trash County for countless decades, rumors of destruction, defiance, murder, and even genocide have arisen since the start of the war. But nevertheless, it's Cantilot's last hope of ever finding anything of use ever again, and giving the country one last fighting chance. A group of soldiers, heroes even, are sent into the Trash County discover what is there, what is going on, and above all, what the hell it is. ----------------------------------------------------- "In all my years of living here, in this... facility... i've never actually once wrote down, or even discussed my thoughts about this place. well, here goes... Pretty much, i live (with my family, of course) among a large community of other ponies. We are all lead by and follow the rules set by a set by a a supposedly powerful 'great brother'. He maintains our survival, and we love him in exchange. We're safe... for the most part... Every so often somepony will 'disappear', or at worst, be publicly executed by the local police... i don't why most of the time and don't like to think about it. And... Not just the story, but also the concept of trying two RP's in one. Pretty much, Equestria has been divided into two districts: the economically developed district, and the mysterious cult district. A team of ponies venture into the cult to see what's there, while a group of ponies within the cult plan to rebel against their superiors.     I'm a british brony myself, and i agree with you for the most part. The show really isn't popular over here, and if you don't use the internet, you'd probably have no idea that the show even exists. Of course, we have the first season on boomerang, but boomerang's target audience are young boys, and of course, young boys won't even consider watching anything MLP related. We have very little pony merchandise as well. I've only seen MLP dolls in certain stores, and we don't even have any of the DVD's sold here. And at least america has had bronies mentioned in the media, in british media, they never refer to bronies It's really sad, but hey, it's an american (technically canadian) thing

    Actually, most people who openly admit to hating the show are in fact trolls (keep in mind i said "most"). They are aware that bronyism has such a strong cult following that it's more than likely that if they comment on disliking ponies, they'll get a negative reaction. It's just that most bronies forget the saying "don't feed the parasprites", and react to them. Also, i;ve met people who claim to hate the show too... they ARE assholes. One of them's homophobic, the other treats me like his bitch, another one is a massive IRL troll, and so on. Also, bronyism is essentially its own religion now. So some REALLY hardcore bronies see trolling as a form of racism, and we all know what happens when the world turns racist, right?
