    I concur. I love this show because it makes me happy, and I want to be HAPPY for the characters I love when it's all said and done.

    To be honest, I mainly want things, nothing even in particular, but just something that makes me feel HAPPY for my favorite characters. I have no desire to see anything make me sadder than I already am over seeing the series come to a close. I want to end with a big smile on my face. How the show will get there, I don't know, but that's what I want. Also, I wouldn't expect it since there's no reason to even know beyond satisfying my own curiosity, but I've always wondered how Rainbow Dash's trajectory from flight school dropout to Ponyville went. Between her and Fluttershy, who moved there first and was the other friend's presence a factor into why? That sort of thing.

    Though expected from everything else I've read, I'm still sad to see this news after getting back into the series a few months ago. I hope season 9 is a good send off for the series.

    I'm still too soured by Non-Compete Clause to really enjoy this short. I'm glad it removed what I really hated about that episode, but I guess a monthly popularity contest for Teacher of the Month in a school about friendship just really rubs me the wrong way on some gut level too.

    I want that brown-skinned Rainbow Dash, she looks great. The price is a bit much, but thankfully, I have time to save up and think about it-might lose interest by then.

    I loved it, very cute Rainbow Dash with her own skateboarding, enthusiasm for helping Tank with his stunt, and the special effects added later.

    I liked it. It had Rainbow Dash, saw her swoop in to help Fluttershy, want to help Applejack, and Sound Effect Rainbow Dash amuses me quite a bit. If I had one complaint, it's the ending, didn't like leaving it there. Mind you, that is not a big complaint. It's easily my favorite of the MLPFIM shorts I've seen come out since they started after Best Gift Ever.

    I cry easily so I couldn't name/remember most. The only time I know for sure I cried was the end of Brotherhooves Social.

    I liked it when I saw it though admittedly, I do not re-visit this one often. It was a nice insight into the relationship between Fluttershy and Rarity.

    The whining/complaining bit is one of my favorite Rarity moments and made me laugh. I like this episode though I don't really re-watch it much.

    Pretty dull, but the end is funny. I think I'll rank it as okay.

    It's okay. I like Fluttershy, not nearly tied with Rainbow Dash as I used to, but still, I have soft spot for her, albeit a small one. I like the part where she offers to play the quiet game and that she's the world champ, got a laugh out of me. Sweetie Belle's rendition of the bedtime song amused me too. Beyond that, not much to enjoy I'll admit. Well-now that I think about it, congrats to Fluttershy for successfully staring down a cockatrice, that was cool too.

    No doubt; that's just how things stand for me. I mainly like the cute character acts at first in Fake It, but once Fluttershy starts taking them too far, it's...well, I don't know If I'd say I cringe, but it's definitely weird and to me, kind of bothersome that all her friends showing up made no difference until Rarity outright fired her.

    I know. I just like the highs more in other seasons and dislike the lows more in season 8. I couldn't easily rank the other seasons in terms of how much I like them except I'm pretty sure season 4 is my favorite, but I don't hesitate to put season 8 at the bottom, not to be confused as me saying I hate it. I don't. I hate one of the episodes, but taken as a whole season, I still found things to enjoy and enough to keep me wanting to see more episodes when season 9 eventually rolls around.

    I have mixed feelings. I'm so happy to be back to thoroughly enjoying the series, but season 8 is my least favorite. Since it is the most recent one, if season 9 and season 10 are to be more like season 8 than the other seven seasons, I'll be disappointed. But as of today at least, definitely wanting more G4 Rainbow Dash and some other characters I like to enjoy for the foreseeable future.

    Sonic Rainboom is my favorite episode in the whole series. I've already talked about it elsewhere on these forums, here, and posted a YouTube video of me gushing over how much I love it here. Basically, I love many aspects of it, mainly Rainbow Dash and Fluttershy, and it just makes me so happy for Rainbow Dash, a joy the series has yet to repeat, and I doubt that can ever be outdone.
