The goal is to prove your culpability for damaging Ms Wizard's brain. It's a brain damage, not a mouth damage I'm with relationship only with the law.

Elements of Justice Is the prosecution implying that the harm came from Ms Silvermoon's creation, Cursing Goose? Was Cursing Goose under direct orders from the defendant to hurt Ms Wizard, or were they acting on their own volition?

I don't think official MLPF guidelines say anything about death penalty, but Lawyer Slip is making a fair point. Anyway, we may begin. (What do we do now? I don't have much experience with court cases, except for what I remember from Elements of Justice )
