  1. I kinda thought that Rarity snapped in Suited for Success when she locked herself up in her house, but I guess it wasn't full on insane. Rarity insane would be funny, snapped Applejack would be scary.
  2. no work or school? what does one do with the time plot evilness or goodness? Too much free time means me wasting time and doing nothing so I'm always nosy as to what others do with their time.
  3. I seriously think that the world is a beautiful place that we should treasure since it won't be around forever. But I think that it's hard for people to see it's beauty because we are so caught up in civilization that we have forgotten the animal part of us that just likes to live. And I think that the start of agricultural societies was the beginning of the bad times for the environment since that was when we started to control nature. I don't think that it was bad for us per se, but there were some downsides. I think that we should appreciate the trees, stars and each other more and try to care for one another even though it isn't always practical, easy, or fun.
  4. I usually get 7 but I found out on monday that I'm surprising alert, happy and ready to go when I log in 8 1/2 so I've been trying to do that all week which is why I haven't been on the net much. But books are the one thing that keep me from sleeping. At least I'm not in school anymore so I don't have to fear getting in trouble for falling asleep in Lit or Math. Since I'm no longer a teen (teen's body clocks are supposed to want to fall asleep and get up later but they need a lot of sleep), I think my body clock no longer wants me to stay up late but I still sleep late I have since day 2 of my life.
  5. watching Wipeout. Tis funny, what is that unidentified beeping noise? For some reason I doubt that it's my sore tongue.

  6. sitting at work, staring at the computer, thinking about my terrarium and acquiring a garden gnome... and chocolate...
  7. I always want to say "buy some apples!" from FIW as a curseword. The songs almost pop out of my mouth all the time and when I said 'yup today I thought hehe, Big Mac. http://attackofthecute.com/on/?i=181 This reminded me of Dragonshy
  8. I want to see some bad guy conflict. Not so bad that it would scare the target audience, but they need some conflict that will help bring them all together, even Diamond Tiara.
  9. Air ships? Someone already said balloons and yachts which we've seen. I imagine that since boy ponies pull wagons, carriages, trains, and Celestria, boy Pegasi would do the same (Celestia's chariot ie).
  10. I like brony better because I'm not just a pegasus, I'm everypony To me pegasister is like calling someone a dudette. Just too much.
  11. It's only 9:30 and I'm ready for bed. I must be getting old.

even if I stay up to 4 am I still wake up at 5 am every day.

waking up early lets me plan my day in advance, and forget what I planed and let the day fall to pieces.

well I need to be at school by 7:30 most days of the week, so I need to be up early.

  12. But Rarity is more fun I should have said Bridle Gossip
  13. different strokes different folks, or however that saying goes. Maybe he's just not meant to like ponies but at least he's respectful towards you like you are respectful of him watching Pawnstars (I don't get the appeal either).
  14. I'm hungry. Let's eat the chubbies!!

Let's roast them with chocolate over a fire! I want the pink one!

  15. I didn't really want to get into shipping with her, but I did explain that they just liked the show and she seemed okay with it. I think it's better than Family Guy and less dirty/ perverted too but that's more acceptable. She joked and said maybe she'd tell her husband to watch it, but he'd cut off his arm before he did. I told her she'd have better luck with her kids. Maybe she'll watch it.... I think she still has some reservations about Bronies though, but it's a start. Stupid Elliott, he needs more bronies to bug him with love and tolerance. We need to make him watch the show. There's another guy I work with that loves pink, wearing sparkly flamboyant stuff, dying his hair all fancy, and is really into fashion. I asked him if he watched the show and he said "isn't that a girl's show?" I am going to make him watch an episode during his lunch break one of these days. I'm thinking of Zecora.
  16. Here's where she got the misconception from, just scroll down a bit. I couldn't find the original track from 1-9-12 but this is his facebook. http://webcache.goog...lient=firefox-a this radio show. I listen to the show to sometimes on my way to work and the DJ over exaggerates everything. I told her that after lunch today, printed out the article for her to read and told her that the DJ was a self proclaimed ass and that what he was saying wasn't true at all. I then said that bronies (she didn't care about the girl bronies, just the boys) were nice people but just weren't the stereotype of normal.
  17. Scoot Scoot Scootaloo! I wouldn't feel bad about it because as far as we know, she has no parents and needs some one to be her guardian. I'd love the CMCs because they are so cute. I'd also like Applejack because she would probably like playing with me in the garden
  18. Thanks for the article! I thought it was really well put. I'm going to print it out and show it to her later This is very true. I also think it is more socially acceptable to casually smoke pot than it is to watch ponies. I tell people I watch ponies but since I'm not a guy, it's not as weird to them but they're still like ummm. And strangely enough as I was typing this she walked in behind my computer and I'm like "oh my god, the new person is going to think I'm a female sex pervert!". I feel like I'm in the Sweet and Elite and I'm Rarity. And I will not abandon my brony ship! When i saw a clip of that on the Soup, I was like "what the fucking holy hell is that?!?" and I hardly ever curse. That man is TERRIFYING and I don't know what to think of those monster things. One looks like a Gumby person with boils all over himself.
  19. A friend told her that she said. I don't know of any bronies that do said things. She was greatly misinformed to say the least. I'm just trying to figure out the best way to inform her of the right information without being rude.
  20. Maybe she'll have learned to speak in the 1st person upon her return That would be interesting.
  21. They will only be as interesting as you make them Why don't you throw a Pinkie Party?
  22. We're worth more than gold!! We're mithril and plantinium mixed together!!
  23. Okay, so apparently the term brony has reached the masses at my job. Yesterday, we were all having a discussion about children's tv shows because the new person who works in our building has two kids. She was looking for suggestions of shows to watch with them, so you can suggest which show I suggested I said it was really cute and funny. Then she says, I have something really disturbing to tell you, have you ever heard of a brony? I said, yes, they are boys that like MLP. She shakes her head, my friend told me that they are boys that like to imagine themselves having sex with MLPs. They create characters for themselves and make senarios like this and completely sexualize the ponies. They are also really creepy and might be pedophiles. I was like WTF?! and I'm never in that kind of mindset either. I was so surprised that I had no idea what to say I just kind of stared at her. I was going to say well, so and so who works with us liked My Little Pony back in the 80s when he was an adult man, is he a pedophile? but so and so would not have appreciated me saying that so I didn't. I just said that they are boys that just like to watch the show. She then left. She's coming back today and I want to talk about bronies in a positive light. Any ideas of what to say? She's a very nice person, I just think she got the wrong information and her friend most likely heard about slash and clop fics through the grapevine and assumed that's how all bronies were. I'm a girl so she didn't think it was that weird that I watched the show. The other shows that were mentioned were YoGabbaGabba (I told her that was disturbing and she said no, it's really cute), Dora, Wishbone, Carmen SanDiego, Arthur, Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends, Wonder Pets, the Wiggles, Hip Hop Harry and some Japanese show with people bouncing around as atoms.
