  1. I don't get much nostalgia from video games, but I suppose the original Dungeon Keeper is a contender, along with old point and click games.
  2. I've always wanted to try this, but I wouldn't buy it. What are the odds of finding other players in real life?
  3. Well, they were traveling in time, so maybe they just showed up before any of that. I dunno.
  4. Hey, we're living in the information age, right? Let's take this thread to the next level! https://vocaroo.com/i/s0pXgYJ7mYQl
  5. Nah, stage magicians aren't real. They're all just added in after the fact with CGI.
  6. Ah hah hah hah... no. Even getting through my apartment is like playing lode runner already, there's no space for decorations, christmas or otherwise.
  7. No, I left work the same time as always. I did buy an entire cake I found on sale, though. I'll end up throwing most of it away, but it was basically free, so eh.
  8. until

The 64 era was the golden age of games.

    critique wanted Various Stuff

Almost all my pony stuff is on Derpibooru. For everything else, there's DeviantArt. I don't upload all that often, though.
  10. Well, I have four, and I believe I know how I got three of those.

    critique wanted Various Stuff

Edit: I'm not actually asking for critique - though, sure, comment anything you like - I just thought you had to chose either 'no critique' or 'critique wanted', and now I can't get rid of it. Hey, I just thought if that if I'm gonna be active on here anyway, I might as well take the time to post some artwork. Also, if you want to avoid the stringent feedback rules here and tell me what worthless garbage I really am, I invite you to my Derpibooru account. Most of my stuff centers around fanfic ideas I had long ago but never made anything out of. What follows is a bunch of OCs from those stories - and I also tried my hand at turning one of the many scenes I've imagined into a comic page, albeit poorly. Pacing is hard. Pony deities from before the tribes united. A classic dysfunctional adventuring party.
  12. And how can there even be pegasuseseseses unless... well, you get the idea.
  13. It looks like everyone has the same problem. I have an orange and a green one so far.
  14. Why are they called the Cutie Mark Crusaders, unless there's been Christian religious wars?
  15. It's not every day you hear people asking for more male representation. But no, I don't care either way. What I would like to see, are more prominent recurring characters. I think MLP has been very good about this already, but I want an even more prominent secondary cast - not every episode has to be about the main characters, and for a show about friendship, I think it would be interesting to explore the dynamics of different overlapping groups of friends.
  16. Just give me enough to get through all this half-finished fan art, and I'll be satisfied...
  17. Out with the old, in with the new. I'm pretty sure there's more stories that could have been told with the original cast, but this just isn't that kind of show. The writers just don't put in the effort or forethought.
  18. None of them. Ponies all the way. Also, while we're on the subject, Sunset fills me with existential despair. She was a grown-ass mare and a wizard, and she gave that up to become a high school bully and a let's player. Running away from Equestria makes some kind of sense - she was pretty pathetic back then - but staying? Forgetting how to function like a pony after a couple of years? Disturbing.
  19. Alright, hold on, let's get real. DeLance doesn't study anything, he just reads what's on the script. I believe it came from here. The Swagberg video really is one of the greatest, though. The beginning of the fandom really was a different time.
  20. I was into cartoons for twenty years before Bronies became a thing. "Bronydom" has always sounded to me more like a lifestyle choice than anything - lord, if I had to get a new title every time I found a show I liked, I'd have lost track ages ago. That said, I've watched the show since the first season, I've enjoyed a lot of fan content and I do make fan art, , so I can't protest too much.
  21. I'm not sure. Historically, most Americans I've spoken to have told me I sound British, and most Brits have told me I sound American. I never made an effort to copy any particular variant of English, but I'm sure my Swedish accent shines through on occasion. Fascinating. I know an Italian who used to have a pretty thick accent, but he never sounded anything like the stereotype (disappointingly :P) - in fact, his accent was almost identical to that of an Iranian guy I also knew at the time. Is it a regional thing, do you think?
