Basically every joke and meme on the internet was either created or spread by 4chan. It used to be 90% absolute shit and 10% awesome, now it's more like 99.9% absolute shit and 0.1% awesome. This is mainly because word got out about how it's the center of internet culture, and people only heard the awesome things, like the raids and hso 4chan made all the jokes. Then all these noobs started coming there, ignoring all of the culture and posting shit. All the old anon left, and the new anon took over. And now instead of being terrible in most ways, 4chan is terrible in every way.

in its most basic terms, 4chan is a forum website like this one. Though it is infamous for having the worst people on the internet browsing and posting there. On a side note it is also the birthplace of Bronydom.

 

If you want to see what a typical 4chan board looks like, go to Youtube and check out any of the "Pony Thread Simulator" videos. They showcase the lovely community that lives in /mlp/ (4Chan's My Little Pony section).

 

It's really just best if you stay off of 4Chan though. It is one of the nastiest places on the internet and is not somewhere you want to go if you're easily offended.

Me being a person who goes on /mlp/, /g/, /h/, /pol, /a/, and especially /b/, I have to agree.

 

If you can't take the harsh words the site has to offer, than though nuts, spilled milk. Get out then.

 

That place isn't a hug box for you. It's a place for people to talk to thier maximum input. That's with vulgar language aswell about what they want to talk about. So unless you're willing to talk shit about how you make your ramen better than someone else to not get eaten alive, then leave. Leave the site and ignore its presence.
