It's like Micgoatsoft Wingoats 10 except: Goatana has additional functions like realistic bleating, she now has the option to use other search engines, and she doesn't activate every time she hears a syllable that's in her name! There is now a built in, isolated, and secure emulator that allows you to run old disc games that use DRM's that had their relevant drivers removed in Wingoats 10, allowing nostalgic gamers to relive their old games without having to re-buy them! The User Interface is now fully customisable, you can put the task bar on any side of the screen, have whatever functions you want, and whichever colours you choose! The Command Prompt has been updated in such a way that allows for custom commands, and even the ability to modify how the HeadButt-Strap Protocol is run!
