The cutie mark would be something like a head, but not a pony head, a dragon one, with these items:

If possible, do with the original colours, and if isn't possible do the dragon head, only the hood and the mask is fine.

I like what you do, so have at it. The only thing I'd like to stay the same is that the cutiemark has two horseshoes. As for position, size, etc... have at it.

It's not much i promise it's just the choice of the markings bottom left and top middle circles ((the small ones)) resemble the "female" symbol. It would be okay if the character was female but he isn't. I hope that's not too much. Still you make it look awesome and i thank you for that!!!

Now these are the two variants I've created based off your design.  I like to think they maintain the initial concept, but I suppose that's subject to interpretation. They're a pretty far cry from your original, so I understand if you'd like me to alter them...

Two versions, one the standard assassin's symbol, and the other with a more Equestrian theme.
