Now we all know that none of them would knowingly commit crimes, but for the sake of argument say each were to be arrested and sent to prison for a crime, what would their crime most likely be?

 

For me I look at it as:

 

Twilight: Stealing books.

Pinkie Pie: Drugs.

Rarity: Shoplifting (or just being too beautiful!)

Applejack: Hmm..Not sure.

Rainbow Dash: Beating someone up.

Fluttershy: Illegally feeding the wild life.

Pinkie Pie: Dealing drugs to kids and/or razor blades in the candy apples

Twilight Sparkle: killing all the stupid ponies and becoming increasingly convinced that she is the most SPECIALEST most SMARTEST pony in DUH WURLD and that she must purge all without knowledge

Rarity: using illegal animal skin (including pony) for leather products

Rainbow Dash: sexual and/or physical abuse

Applejack: getting blamed for another pony's shit LOL

Goodness, it's hard to imagine any of our lovable gals getting sent into prison! I'd say Twilight and Rainbow Dash would be most likely to be arrested for whatever reason.

 

Twilight Sparkle would be imprisoned for arson, likely as a result of deadline panic. She's been known for wreaking havoc for similar reasons. Also, being too adorkable.*

 

Rainbow Dash would likely be arrested for battery. I've no doubt that she'd be willing to go physical when she feels it's necessary. Unfortunately for her, she's also quite impulsive, so her definition of "necessary" may not align with that of the law.

 

Pinkie Pie? DUI. Gotta be it. That, or indecent exposure. Parties can do strange things to the mind!

 

If Rarity were to be arrested for whatever reason, I'd imagine it to be of the white collar variety. She's been known to resort to manipulative or even deceitful tactics before (e.g., claiming to be the Wonderbolts' trainer in "Sweet and Elite"). Of course, it's more likely that such misrepresentation may simply result in civil, rather than criminal, penalties.

 

One might argue that Fluttershy could get arrested for ponyslaughter. Victim's cause of death? Heart attack. Good thing she's not Kira. Or is she?

 

Applejack's probably the least likely to get arrested. If she were, it might be a similar situation as that of Rainbow Dash, although I can easily imagine her having much better self-control.

Twilight Sparkle: Having another Lesson Zero moment and pulling a stupid stunt like she did where she enchanted her Smarty Pants doll and ended up causing a town wide panic.

 

Applejack: She is the least likely to get arrested but if she did it would most likely be because she lost her temper and get in a fight. With just how strong Applejack is when she gets pissed enough she could probably do some serious damage, she could probably send even most stallions to the hospital relatively easily.

 

Rainbow Dash: Drunk or disorderly conduct or perhaps flying under the influence.

 

Pinkie Pie: Disturbing the peace with maybe one of her parties getting a tad too loud.

 

Rarity: Shop lifting, which now that I think about it might make a good fanfic.

 

Fluttershy: I don't know, she is probably the most likely to do something illegal without even knowing it. If she went into Flutterrage mode than it would be an obvious case of assault and battery but we only saw her do that once.
