When I watch shows over again I prefer blind commentaries, I recently watched all of s4 again, once alone, and the other with blind commentary, I guess I can do that, although I will already know what to expect, I prefer being suprised with new episodes

In a recent segment of the Dustykatt show, from the end of august, Meghan was asked what she was doing while Larson was the story editor, and she wouldn't reveal it.

Had she been working on Rainbow Rocks, there wouldn't have been an NDA on it anymore, so she might've been setting up something else; maybe Equestria Academy?

Meghan recently tweeted that scripts for season 5 have all been finalized. In addition, she also gave off a list of initials belonging to the writing staff.

It was fishy for me too but im guessing she will give up her wings same way she "gave up" her magic in S4. So she will regain wings and magic in the end. I dont believe they will actually listen to fans who didnt like alicorn Twilight

It's amazing how one little tweet from Meghan can lead to some revelations. S4 scripts were locked in June 20th 2013, and recorded June. 27th. The finale was the following May 10th of this year, a full 45 weeks from script lock in date. If that stays the same with S5, with scripts locked in Sept 16th, recorded the 23rd, then the closest Saturday 45 weeks out from that is August 8th 2015, or the 15th if you want to round up to the following Sat.

 

If the finale is August 8th, the premiere is February 28th 2015.

All right looks like the full writing crew for season 5 is here. It's pretty nice to see MA Larson and Cindy marrow back. Oh and nice to see Rogers and and some other crew from season 4 (except for Scott, I just don't think his writing really works well on this show. He's like what would happen if you mix season 1 Dave Polsky with seaso 2 merriwether Williams). Not really fond of the new writers looking at their passed work, but hey, just because you worked on a bad show doesn't mean you can't write well on a good show.

 

Also, no Corey Powell, well I know one person who will be happy about that. Isn't that right @ghostfacekiller39?
