Well, first of all, would you?  If you could choose to have your most special talent visually represented on your person to be understood and noticed by all, would you do it?

 

And what do you think your real life cutie mark would be?

 

I don't know if I would want my talent just hanging out there for everyone to see.  To be honest, the idea of cutie marks kind of makes me nervous.  Because when everyone knows what you're supposed to be good at, wouldn't there be all this pressure for you to do well in that area?  I don't think I would want a cutie mark, because then people would know if you're letting yourself down.

Secondly, i'm not sure i'd like that. Don't think i'd want to be chained down to a single talent represented by an image only to constantly stare at it, asking myself what if.

Sure! I feel like you only get your cutie mark when you've found out what you're aptitude and destiny truly are! I feel like that would be awesome! It would actually take the pressure off if ask me! Well, if it is in the same position as the pony one, what is the point? Unless I walk around town in a thong no one is going to see a magical mark on the side of my ass.

 

 

 

 

And placement of butt tattoos aside, it would depend. It would aliveate alot of the tension I felt during my teenage years when I was trying to really "discover" myself. It would be a great confirmation tool, as quite often I had felt like I found what I was good at, but did not continue with that talent due to doubt. And that is if it doesn't cause a whole generation of blank flank cmc's filled with endless depression that they will never reach this biological threshold.
