Rarity shot me with an arrow when I was suppressing a riot and fluttershy patched me up. Luna shot me with a moon beam while trying to stop changelings.

but I would rather vote for fluttershy or celestia.

And further more she may carry a bow but remember crossbows and regular bows had a war against each other at one point and I'm with the crossbows in time that include "an arrow to the knee"
