Definitely the Nightmare Before Christmas! I LIVE for that movie like omfg... I mean, I love most of his others but that one was just AMAZING. There was also Alice in Wonderland as well and Charlie in the Chocolate Factory.

I am very surprised that none of you has mentioned Big Fish. It's a brilliant movie and the best of Tim Burton if you ask me. Both on imdb and other sites it is his highest rated film topping both Ed Wood and Batman. Seems a bit weird that so few people has heard of it.
