Most post 2014 matches are hard for me to watch because I keep forgetting how annoying he used to be

I watched Raw for the first time in like...two years maybe. I enjoyed it. I really enjoy how the divas division is nowadays, compared to the late 90s/early 2000s. I think that day after PPVs are hockey with still pictures instead of actual video...but that's their prerogative now. Plus that promo with the Rock was awesome. 

 

Quite interesting that some of their best moments are when wrestlers from 20 years ago take the mic or win Royal Rumbles. It's like I never left. 

 

 

Plus...is it just me, or does Becky Lynch look like a Steampunk Sunset Shimmer?

I pretty much agree with him.

 

Very good royal rumble, with the rumble actually being the highlight of the night, while not actually being good like 1992 or 2001.

 

It's also scary to think, what the writers are doing with roman reigns. If they want him to be the next top baby face of this company, pulling him out of this match, makes him look very weak and not believable as a guy, who almost defeated Brock Lesnar. It makes me scratch my head alot.

I guess I was just salty about seeing The Authority in possession of the title again because I'm sick of The Corporation 2.0 and I think, much like TNA's Aces and Eights, it's worn out its welcome and has to go ASAP

I guess I was just salty about seeing The Authority in possession of the title again because I'm sick of The Corporation 2.0 and I think, much like TNA's Aces and Eights, it's worn out its welcome and has to go ASAP

 

I get what you say though. I am also sick of the authority storyline and i think once Hunter loses the title a wrestlemania (most likely to Roman Reigns, sadly) they need to get rid of the Authoriy and maybe find another top heel for the company.

 

But i am actually glad that Hunter gets one last run with the title, because i can imagine that he retires completly after Wrestlemania, to fully concentrate on running the company soon.

Agreed, remember when Seth Rollins wanted to step out of The Authority and work on his own? I wanted them to keep that, it's a great development of his character and seeing him be able to fight without Captain Best4Business keeping him on a leash was really refreshing.

 

Also, League of Nations. Why is this a thing? Yeah the four guys aren't totally over yet, but you don't need to put them in a faction and make them The Shield 2.0 to push them. Sheamus was a monster when he first entered WWE, and he didn't need three other guys behind him to do it. He kicked ass on his own, much like Rusev, Del Rio and Barrett did.

The league of nations is a product of the WWE, not knowing what to do, same as the social outcasts, which is even worse, because it shows how much worth a guy like Bo Dallas is.

 

Putting a guy like Wade Barrett in a big angle all of a sudden makes no sense. No offense against Barrett, i love Barrett. But this guy was treated like a jobber in 2015 and he also made the KOTR title worth less then ever before, giving him this stupid King Barrett gimmick and now you want to tell me, that he is a force to be reckoned with? Yeah right.

I really hope so. He is 70 now and it's enough. He loses focus on his audience and Kevin Dunn is certainly not helping, not to mention that he gathers himself with Yes Man, who tell him everything that he wants to hear, but never give some sort of criticism and i think criticism is not heard well this day and age in the WWE anyway.

 

Once Hunter gets in, things will change drastically. He has a very old school approach and i consider him somebody who is a "Wrestling fan" instead of a "Sports Entertainment fan." NXT is just a taste, of what Hunter is planning for the company.

I actually watched that new show, since i have the network and have nothing else to do. I don't think Dolph meant any ill will, because he was mostly criticizing the fact, that they used an older picture of him and i think Adam dosen't really feels offended by it.

When I was really young, I used to watch the WWF (as the WWE was called back then).  I remember Gorgeous George.  He was the 1st to openly bleach his hair blonde, he was the 1st to have a theme song, he had gold painted bobby pins that he called "Georgie pins" & gave them to his fans. In some ways he invented "over the top" He was a pretty mediocre wrestler, but IMO he belongs in the Hall of Fame for his contributions to style

I mean, it was good. But was it Styles vs. Okada III good? Was it Puma vs. Muertes good?

 

Was it Owens vs. Balor good? Was it Cena vs. Lesnar vs. Rollins good?

 

Yes, it was a fine match, but personally there were better matches, both inside and outside of WWE.

I didn't see wrestling much this last year aside from the from Royal Rumble and Wrestlemania, with a couple of matches in between. I never saw Bayley vs Sasha Banks, but it must be good if it's seriously considered a match of the year.

 

Of all the matches I saw this year, I'd say my favorite was Lesnar Vs Taker at Hell in a Cell. It was also the only recent HiaC besides Trips vs Taker(WMXVIII) that actually felt like a Hell in a Cell match

 

 

 

Was it Cena vs. Lesnar vs. Rollins good?

 

This one was really good too. Despite that PPV being lackluster, that match alone made it worth watching

He absolutely destroyed The World's Strongest Man after the match with broken freaking ribs.
