As the topic denotes: do you remember which was the first video game that you completed?

Mine was I think either Link's Awakening or A Link to the Past. I don't remember which one it was, but it was one of those two.

I believe it was Super mario world on the SNES, but im not sure. Something on the SNES for sure, maybe donkey kong country? The first game that I can actually remember beating is Spyro 2

So many people who beat Mario games...

I couldn't beat those damn things. The only Mario game I ever beat was Luigi's Mansion and that isn't even technically a Mario game.

For the NES I've never completed super mario 1, 2, or 3. I found them really difficult. I don't know what is was about Super Mario World that was different. I find platform games to be a little difficult for me.

I also remember the second game I beat, Aladdin for the super nintendo. I used to get frustrated that the Aladdin game for sega genesis looked so different (and better)  then the super nintendo version.

Super Mario 3 was the first game I ever beat, it was also the first time I played on Super Nintendo, this was part of Super Mario All Stars on SNES; Dark Castle on Apple II was the first computer game I ever beat, and it was a challenge.

I can't really remember what was my first game I completed, I think it was either Star Wars Battlefront 2 or Kya: Dark lineage.

The earliest game that I can remember conquering was an old PS1 gem known as Bloody Roar 2, when i was four years old. It was a fighting game and a downright hard one at that. The soundtrack and fighters were just epic, but I do have one complaint....

Okay so if you manage to make it to Shen Long, you hear this. In case you are wondering, this is the anthem of you getting your @$$ kicked. Repeatedly. He was the first boss I ever raged on XD.

I think the first game I ever beat was Spyro 2. Even though the first system I got was the N64, I can't remember beating any of those games before Spyro.

I think the first game I beat was one of the early Crash Bandicoot games on the PS1. I don't remember which one though, since I grew up with video games since my mom loved to play them as well. I think I was maybe four or five when I first beat one though. I honestly had no idea what I was doing back then and beat it. But today, I still struggle to beat those kinds of games when I know what I'm doing.

oh god the nostalgia, seriously though don't let the lincensed-ness of it fool you, it's actually a pretty good collect-a-thon platformer reminescent of Banjo Kazooi and you should really play it if not just for the nostalgia you might hae too.

The original Zelda at the age of 3, and that's in the 80s. B)

Super Mario 64 was the first game I remember beating 100%. I was 9 at the time.

A few years later when I was 14, I got the game again with a N64 (the last one was unfortunately thrown out) and got all 120 stars in under two days.

Pokemon Ruby. I still remember staying up late one night, and when I cheered that I beat the champion, I ended up waking my brother up. :P

Like Metroid zero mission, or halo 3. Does it count if I watched people play the game at home? If so it's Resident Evil 4. That game that's a 15 rating but the only resi with decapitations XD
