Marshmallow 1,137 April 15, 2012 Share April 15, 2012 I love spicy food! It makes everything better! As long as it's reasonably spicy though. If something is so spicy that it burns my tongue and I can't taste anything for days after, then I probably won't enjoy eating it so much. But in general, I enjoy spicy stuff. Kaborer 164 April 15, 2012 Share April 15, 2012 I really like spicy food but not wasabi, since it seems to be hot in a completely different way. Thanks to Proenix on deviantart for the vector in my avatar and signature.
Warbalist 133 April 15, 2012 Share April 15, 2012 Living in California so close to the Mexican border, if you can't handle spicy food, you're looked at as an anomaly. Heat cleans you out, and it's delicious, to boot! http://www.youtube.com/user/warbalist
Tenshinohana 264 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 I can't tolerate hot food. Okay, spices are okay, but when there's something like chili .... No. I tend to taste spices even tho there aren't any. My dad used to say that I like food that taste like socks...

Crispy 5,563 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 Some constants in my refrigerator. Not to mention the 32 ounce bottle of 'tio. Also, once every four months or so, I eat hot carrots that I've pickled with habenero juice. There's two jars in the back of my fridge, thinking "...soon." 1 GET IN THE PIT On 8/23/2012 at 1:54 AM, Djenty said: ON MLP 4UMS ERRYTHIN IS SRS
Harebrained 39 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 I always eat those peppers that come with pizzas or kung pao chicken, and I always regret it. Don't seem to learn. But yes, I like mild-moderately spicy.

One of the best snack foods, ever. In habenero juice? Keep your chocolate or caramel close by! 1 http://www.youtube.com/user/warbalist
Ron Jeremy 2,032 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 I love hot stuff, but if I eat too much of it I get heartburn. Which isn't fun. The way I am on hot stuff is, and especially hot sauce: It shouldn't just hot. There should be some good flavor in there as well. I enjoy hot sauce on scrambled eggs and potatoes and bacon, on brown rice, on mashed potatoes, tons of stuff. Once, on a dare from my jerkass father, I took a bet to eat a habenero*. Straight up, with nothing else, chewed it. Holy CRAP was that hot. Tears ran down my face, and I tried wolfing down some almonds I had to alleviate the burning, but I couldn't even taste them. *Obviously, not a true habenero. One of those cultivars they have at the store. Eating a real habenero straight would kill me.
Marcato 2,143 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 Normally it depends on how spicy it is, but when you have a disorder that makes you extremely sensitive... It sure stings more then it normally would. Basically I hate anything spicy. ~Relax and enJOY life. Esmeshy 58 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 The spicier the better in my opinion! Thai food is my favorite type and that can be absolutely ferocious; but I just gulp it down with no problems! We don't have these sort of challenges in the UK but I'd love to do one. Good try on your one! At least it made for an entertaining video! 1 yay. smile, smile, smile! Demi 545 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 I can't at all. But I do anyway, it gets addicting. It's pretty intense when you eat something so spicy you bust a sweat.
CapnKrunk 307 April 16, 2012 Share April 16, 2012 I like hot and spicy food.Because cold frozen food just dosent seem right. Green Chile is the best. I guess this comes from my mexican side. (ノ◕ヮ◕)ノ*:・゚✧ ✧゚・: *ヽ(◕ヮ◕ヽ)
Apple Bloom 2,933 April 17, 2012 Share April 17, 2012 This isn't exactly a yes or no question. People have varying tolerances to spicy foods. I, myself, can handle most spicy foods. I put Shiracha on nearly everything and I love wasabi peas, but my dad can eat jalapeños straight from the jar and that's something I can't do. (though he claims I used to) Signature by @Nico. Zoop 8,384 April 17, 2012 Share April 17, 2012 I love wasabi peas As do I, though I much prefer wasabi cashews - more surface area for the wasabi. my dad can eat jalapeños straight from the jar and that's something I can't do. (though he claims I used to) Jalapeños are like candy to me. I love them.
DozzyDash 24 April 17, 2012 Share April 17, 2012 (edited) I always can handle spicy stuff. However, my friend dared me to eat a whole packet of Wasabi. I did it and threw up. I was sick all day. So now when I just smell Wasabi, I get nauseous. But other then that no spicy food can defeat me! Edited April 17, 2012 by DozzyDash

Retro*Derpy 3,183 March 25, 2013 Share March 25, 2013 (edited) I can handle quite the spicy foods, just as long as it doesn't touch my lips. For example I was eating a home-grown jalapeños burger no problem, but one of the jalapeños touched my lips and I thought they were going to fall off. Scootalove 10,689 March 25, 2013 Share March 25, 2013 Yes, I can definitely handle spicy food. Give me anything spicy, plus people tell me my stomach is like a bottomless pit. But anyway, I'll eat peppers or anything spicy for that matter. Even burgers with chilli peppers. Credit: Moony © Forum FAQ Forum Rules
MatrixChicken 879 March 25, 2013 Share March 25, 2013 Hmmmm... I didn't vote, as I'm kinda middle-of-the-road about this. I can handle much more than one of my brother-in-laws, but not as much as, say, my dad and siblings. If I had to choose one, though, I'd probably go with yes. I like spicy buffalo wings. :L Deviantart: MatrixChicken | Youtube: ThunderFilmStudios | Twitter: @JohnAlBerge Twitch.tv: ThunderFilms | Soundcloud: ScootriX Scootaloo vector by robzombiefan2121
