I love coffee, especially latte. I used to drink it 3 or 4 a day, but I just found out that I have a lactose intolerance - that means no more coffee with milk. And that makes me sad :C. I miss my coffee, I'm still trying to drink it with or without milk - it's taste is incomplete. *sigh* Why this happens to me? I can't eat chocolate, peanut butter, honey, milk and now coffee...

Thanks to my wife's 'friendly suggestion', we're now drinking coffee with almondmilk. I like Blue Diamond vanilla - it surprisingly works.

I know you can't have peanuts, but can you have almonds?

Actually, I tried to find it, but where I live there is no such thing. Too bad '-'

I sure can have almonds, thanks for advice. I hope I will find almond milk somewhere, never heard of such thing - it sounds delicious though :D

I love coffee, I usually drink with a little milk and sugar, black coffee is alright, but I have to be in the mood for it. I generally prefer shop coffee, Starbucks is my personal favorite.

I also drink the espresso stuff, too. I don't drink too often though.

The coffee I drink is RED Coffee, tastes great just by itself. I don't put creamer but I do put a little sugar, with this concoction you will be ready to kick some ass!

I've never heard of that brand! Where do you get it?

I love my creamer and sugar with a little bit of coffee. ;D

Anyway, I love my coffee with a ton of creamer and usually 3 teaspoons of sugar. (Sometimes 4 if it is really bitter.) I like to add chocolate creamer to my coffee. I want to try gingerbread and pumpkin pie. :o

I used to have a proper "Barista" machine a little while ago till the sodding thing started to leak water like there is no tomorrow. Back to instant coffee for now :P

My preference is generally a standare capp with no sugar or at home instant with a sprinkle of sugar

What would you compare it to for point of reference?

Considering it's beans were sundried and and grounded with no added flavors, it's bold and full of flavor with a medium body. Also with a very nice acidity I would probably compare to Doma's Carmela, a great coffee with more hints of various flavors. It's a bit more expensive, costing 13.20 for 12 oz. This coffee is kinda the same to Red except it has strong hints of dark chocolate and maybe a little hints of tobacco and pepper, weird isn't it but it goes great with the coffee (since I'm bit of a smoker myself). I own both and personally I like the Red better, mainly because it's just bold and full of straight flavor with no BS flavors, some may like extra flavors in their coffee but personally I don't. However I would really recommend Doma's Carmela if you like hints of chocolate.

I'll have to give it a try.

I do a lot of Folgers because it's what my father drank a lot. My mother and father never agreed on brands, she is all about Maxwell House, and he was about Folgers. So when I am doing my "regular" coffee I do Folgers since now I have his mug and he's no longer with me. But when I am doing like a special occasion I'll get different coffees of a higher caliber. His FAVORITE was Paul DeLima.

I mix between Folgers, Maxwell House, and Chock Full O' Nuts. Only because I go crazy and buy a year's worth of coffee at once when ShopRite does their big annual sale ($2 a container!)  This time, I actually lapped the year and have 3 pallets of coffee left...heh.

Otherwise, Lavazza creme e gusto espresso.

Bruh, you gotta invest in some high quality coffee. It's just a recommendation mainly you tend to get more out of it that you're standard coffee from Ralph's or something of that sort. Also thanks for the heads up about Paul DeLima, looks like grade A coffee, what's your favorite flavor? Edited by SuperXylosian

So, who here on MLP Forums is a coffee drinker, and what are your preferences? Are you a only from a coffee shop person? Or do you make it yourself at home? What's your brand, and how do you like it?

Well being as that I am like the stereotype of being old, I am a coffee fiend. I usually have at minimum 2 cups a day. While I like coffee shop coffee a lot, the price is not to my liking. When I do go to a shop, I'll get a mocha lattee with 2 sugar. If made correctly it usually needs little else added. However I've had a few times where it just came out crap because the people making it do not mix the chocolate properly so it ends up all on the bottom.

At home, I have adopted Folgers with french vanilla creamer. I try and stick with coffeemate for my creamer, and I'll usually do 2 spoonfuls of creamer.

My mugs include:

One with seals on it that I got from the DC zoo with my wife, my father's old brown mug, and a matching mug that has an SNES controller which says "player 1" (my wife has player 2).

What about you guys?

A medium double-double is my preference. A small double-double if it's during the afternoon and I haven't already had some. I'm not really fond of black coffee. Too much sugar ruins it for me too.
