Alright, this sounds interesting! However, the whole 0% human thing? They'll bring something like that up. Probably Sunset coming back to Equestria or something. Because, think about this for a second. In Friendship Games, we've seen that the human world has it's own Twilight, and by the end it'll probably have Twilight learn about friendship (I didn't see the other two movies so I don't know if she has or not) but that world must have it's own Sunset too. So maybe the fourth one will be reforming that Sunset Shimmer and then Equestria's Sunset returns to, well, Equestria, leading to the 2017 film where the mane six and Sunset work together to defeat a new villain. I really don't know. xD

He looks at modern stuff too if your curious! img-31871-1-img-31871-1-biggrin.png

Huge thanks to DanishToenails for my profile picture!

Sounds good, but there is not a whole lot to draw from the synopsis as it seems to be a generic placeholder for the time being, and I have to wander how it relates to the information from the earlier leaks about it as well.

Kristin Chenoweth is an interesting addition.

It's probably a placeholder, even if those leaks proves 100% accurate in the final product, they aren't supposed to be known to the public regardless

Now that I've noticed, Lionsgate worked with Saw , and now they'll work with ponies.....

Why? Sunset seems to have chosen to stay and live in that world. They don't seem to even think about there being an EqG's version of Twilight before Friendship Games, so they likely haven't thought about EqG Sunset either. Whether they meet that version of Sunset or not and whether she ends up becoming good or not, what does any of that have to do with pony Sunset deciding to go back to Equestria?

An odd choice certainly, but not an unwelcome one. :)

Thank you Randimaxis for this Wonderful Avatar. smile.png

Please, don't be afraid to talk to me. I am not as unapproachable, as you might think.

Isn't Lionsgate also responsible for Movies like Crank (and the sequel)? It's an odd pairing, given that MLP is a series about friendship, equality and other nice things. But on the other hoof, what could be worse than the last MLP movie?

I'm totally looking forward to this!! Hope it'll be great! :D

Never would have expected LionsGate, but I am fairly pleased by this. However it remains to be seen how this will affect the quality of the movie.

Still, I am cautiously optimistic. :)

This means it'll either be decent or it'll suck. Lionsgate is a pretty hit or miss company.

That's exactly what I feel. I was hoping that one of the older major Hollywood studios, like Universal or Paramount, was gonna distribute the movie.

But oh well, regardless of whichever company releases the movie, it most likely still has the same chances as any other TV-to-film adaptation. It'll either be a worthy addition to the franchise, or maybe it'll be a disappointment. Who knows?
