I often find myself saying the word "totes" (as in, slang for totally).

 

As for catchphrases, it's usually something in a foreign language. Whether it be "me encanta" or "tai hao le".

 

Right now it's the Swedish phrase "Det är (inte) bra", which means "It is (not) good". Thank you Duolingo for getting phrases stuck in my head.

"Taco chiwah! Happy taco day!" Was something I used to say every Friday when getting off of the bus one of the years I was in grade school or something.

"Dodecagon pie!" Was something from several years back, but it was an inside joke.

 

"Okie dokie~" Was something I used to say a lot. I got that one from my grandma.

"Awesome Sauce!" I've been saying that since Elementary School. My friends used to look at me like I was crazy whenever I said it, so it's kind of funny to hear it said by others all the time these days.

 

"NEVER BE NORMAL!" I don't even remember where I got this from.

 

"Ner~!" Technically it's something one of my characters said all the time, but I said it back and forth around several friends.

 

"Spiffy~!" I say this word so often that it might as well be a catchphrase.

 

 

I'm pretty sure there have been more, but I can't think of anything else.

 

​Edit: For a while I kept saying 'hydrogenated' for anything related to liquid because I thought the word sounded funny.
Also a lot of "I'm the egg king" happens in silly conversations with certain close friends.

It's not really a catchphrase, but I did start saying "fair enough" quite alot ever since I first heard Admiral Hawkes say it in Conquest: Frontier Wars as a young'n (and a brohoof for anyone who actually remembers that game).
