It's surprisingly not a huge list, but that's only because I don't really watch many films...
Forrest Gump
Click (Don't judge me! :3)
And pretty much whenever an animal dies in a film I want to cry everywhere :~;

Logical people think 'What have I been told to do?'

Creative people think 'What I have I not been told not to do?'

I think 'What am I doing?'

Saving Private Ryan, had me crying from the OPENING SCENE, so yeah, I guess that's one of the most poignant examples in my mind :D

um, what else? Marley & Me was a tear jerker, How To Train Your Dragon 2 made me cry a bit too :P , Lone Survivor made me cry in a similar fashion to Saving Private Ryan...

as for TV shows :) Defiance, Alcatraz...all I can think of at the moment

My list wouldn't be too big, but that's clearly because I don't watch many things. Well, if anime counts, I would choose Tasogare Otome x Amnesia, because it's the only that made me cry enough to make me completely unable of readind the subtitles; although I cried in many others, it never was quite as much. For movies: Secret World of Arrietty, Harold and Maude, Up; I forgot all of the other movies I have watched. For series: more than half of the My Little Pony episodes; and MLP is the only good show I've watched so far.

The ending to Terminator 2...It makes me cry everytime. The atmosphere, the emotions, the music, it hits me so hard. It is a very tough scene to watch for me. I won't spoil it for those that have not seen the movie, but if you have not yet seen the film, be prepared to cry. That is all I will say.

I don't normally tear up watching movies or TV, but this scene from Legend of Korra really hit home for me.

I cried at the end of Night of the Museum 3, for these reasons: Robin Williams is dead, it was the series ending, and that movie series was MY ABSOLUTE FAVORITE as a kid. Well, I still am a kid, but I mean like 7 years old.

I'm sure I would cry at Inside Out if I saw it, which I will.

Interstellar got me at some parts, for sure, especially towards the end.

I think that scene in 1776 when the messenger is singing about his friend dying out in the field was pretty bucking sad.

The scene in Glory when they were charging at the Confederate Fort and like everyone died.

A few scenes in Gettysburg, for sure.

There was this one movie I watched called Defiance, and there was this sad scene where the characters made a desperate last stand against the Nazis.

Saving Private Ryan, you know the scene.

Fury, when they ALSO make one last stand against the Nazis.

Any movie where a dog dies.

And probably many more, to be honest.

Honestly, there aren't many movies or TV shows that made me cry. I'm usually too tough to do so. :P

Although Pokemon Heroes most certainly made me cry. To see Latios die and Latias grieving over her brother's death makes me sad every time I watch it. Too bad that the English dub ruins those moments, however.

One of the first movies to make me cry was the pokemon movie with mewtwo back when there were only 151 pokemon and mew was new. I went to see it at the movie theater as a kid and everyone else was crying too so it was okay.

The next that made me cry was Saving Private Ryan. At the end, you just have to cry. I couldn't hold back. If you haven't seen it then you got to watch it. It will make you laugh a little bit but mostly cry even if you try not to.

TV shows aren't good at making me cry.

EDIT: I almost forgot Marley & Me.

Toy Story 3, when Andy gave away his toys, this comes to mind.

The music didn't help either. It was just so upsetting. But I feel happier, now that I know that Lori Alan, the actor of The Boss in Metal Gear Solid 3, is Bonnie's Mom.

To be honest, though. Metal Gear Solid 3 was a real tearjerker, I cannot believe Snake killed his spiritual mother.

And then it all got confusing.

And I must admit, Master of Puppets by Metallica makes me feel tearful because it's about a heroin addict who dies at the end.

I Feel sorry for a lot of characters though. They didn't deserve to die.

And there was one film, released in my country that really made me cry. Goodnight Mr Tom(SPOILERS AHEAD), based on the book of the same name. It's about a boy called Will Beech, and he goes to this old man called Tom Oakley during the Evacuation of WWII. He makes friends, including a Jew called Zack, and bonds with everyone in the village(Which I have actually been to), he is initially slightly dyslexic, and has trouble at school because he can't read or write so he goes into the Kindergarten class.

Tom's wife and daughter died of scarlet fever. Which I felt really sorry for. Will goes back to London, and it's revealed his life there is not as peaceful as most London residents, his Dad beated him up with a belt, then died by choking on his vomit, and Will's mother was very angry when Will reveals he lost the belt(Tom threw it in the garden in anger), she then revealed a baby to him.

The next day, she got very angry when he was talking to girls, and lost her temper when it was revealed he was with a Jew, because she was worried the Germans would kill them if they discovered he was with a Jew, plus she thought that Jesus being a jew is blasphemous. So she locks Will and his sister in a cupboard. It really made me cry.

The last scene that made me cry was the scene where it was revealed Zack died in a bombing. Will goes to church and shouts ''I Hate you god, I hate you''. And Tom comes to Will, and says to him, ''People are dying just because some evil dictator wants to rule the world, just because someone dies, doesn't mean you don't remember them, they live in your head''. So Will learns to ride Zack's bicycle. And calls Tom his ''Dad''. ''I Can really ride dad! I can really ride''.

It was the best and most heartwarming scene in the film. The reason why it upset me a lot, was because Mr. Tom reminded me of my Grandad, who died in 2008.

Gurren Lagann. So much manliness and feels all at the same time

Kamina, Nia, Kittan, and the rest of the Dai Gurren ganmen pilots deaths always gets me, as well as episode 26 when Simon and Yoko gets to see Kamina one last time(and we find out that Viral's dream is to have a family, which is something beastmen cannot have)
