I'd say Pragmatist with a sprinkling of Cynic for flavor. I also wouldn't classify myself as boring, which is one of the pragmatist descriptions.  :eww:

I'm definitely a realist; in the sense that I fit the positive traits. Can't say I fit other traits. Some would even erroneously assume that the way I see the world is surreal. ^_^ But when I look at the world around me, I just prefer to wears glasses over shades. ;)

Well, it goes without saying that nobody is completely in one of these camps and not the others. For the most part, I'd say I'm a skeptic, but I also have some traits of a pragmatist. Another way I might describe myself is: someone who accepts almost nothing at face value, is realistic rather than idealistic, but also does not settle for the status quo. A more poetic way of putting my views...

I'm some unholy mixture of all of them, but largely pragmatism and realism. When you study quantum physics, you have to learn that there is no one true perspective of the world.

It's very hard for me to pin down my personality. I literally can not give you any kind of answer here, because I can see myself in all of them except for Spiritualism.

A weird mix between Stoic and Realist, but mostly the latter.

I'd say that years of loneliness, depression and anxiety have rendered me quite cynical about the world and other people.

But stoicism describes me very well too. I've learned over time that this is just the way things are and getting emotional over it won't change anything.

Once in a while idealism creeps in and I gain a bit of confidence and motivation. But then reality intervenes and pushes me back into cynicism again.

Friendship isn't always easy. But it's definitely worth fighting for.

I couldn't tell, to be honest. I have traits of a realist and cynic, but I imagine I'm mostly a skeptic - though not quite as unwavering in my beliefs.

Sounds to me like I'm an awful lot like a stoic. Most of the positive and negative traits listed apply to me. :adorkable:

Strangely enough, both idealist and realist fit me to some extent as well. I've got the optimism of an idealist, but I tend to be pretty objective and non-judgmental like a realist.
