In the beginning of season 2, a character named Discord turns the Mane Six grey and makes Equestria a chaotic place. When he turns the Mane Six grey, their personalities are the opposite. For example, Applejack who is usually honest would be lying. If he turned you grey, how would you be living life? I would also be sickeningly optimistic and also a braggart with an enormous ego in addition to sugar-coating everything and lie a whole lot. Of course, this really makes almost zero sense. It plays with the peculiarities between direct/indirect alter ego match/mismatch of one's similarities and discrepancies to the Mane 6. In other words, it makes one think whether or not his discorded "grey version" [alter ego] of his normal self would directly match that of the character his normal self is most comparable.In my case, I don't think I can quite compare my discorded self to any of the Mane 6's. Actually, I sort of feel as though my discorded self wouldn't be very different! This is because I'm sort of a paradox.Normal me: I have ADHD... But I'm introverted (I'm an INFJ), and the two sort of mix together, creating a humble confidence. I'm energetic... but nonchalant. I'm usually a very caring person, yet I can sometimes be too much "in the zone." I am a nerd of sorts, and give adequate focus to homework, but sometimes I procrastinate...So, to ask myself what my discorded self, or alter ego, would be... Dang, that is a conundrum.But, I love conundrums and all things cockamamie, so let the fun begin! I will take this step by step, discording* my traits.(*Hopefully doing so correctly, that being, inverting the traits, rather than creating an opposite reciprocal trait. Only issue is, it almost seems one [or more] of my traits are a non-reciprocity. Nonetheless, I'll try my best...) I will use this symbol to signify inversion: (normal) → (discorded).
