I used to have dreams involving ponies quite frequently, such as the one time I was trying to explain convolutions (a mathematical operation that, incidentally, I don't understand all that well in the real world) to Rarity (of all ponies, which is pretty much exactly what I said when I woke up). However, nowadays I don't have, or at least don't remember, dreams about anything very often, ponies being no exception. It's probably because I'm sleeping a lot better and not waking up during REM sleep.

One time I had a dream about going on a heist and finding the main 6 in the vault door.

Literally the pace went from "GET IN COVER WE NEED TO BREAK IN THAT ROOM" to "Aw ponies everypony's getting hugs"

I've never had a MLP dream before. My dreams are usually too realistic for something like that to happen.

I'm having the same 'issue'. Besides, it is SOOOO hard to dream about something.

I usually sleep and dream about SOMETHING 2 times in about 3 months.

I've had quite a few pony dreams.  Sometimes I'm still me and just sort of observing some sort of happenings in Equestria in the 3rd person.  Sometimes the ponies come my world.  One times I was driving the mane 6 around my town to pick up pary supplies for Twi's birthday party, which, incidentally, was taking place at my house.  Pinkie was in charge of planning, naturally.  But the best dreams are the ones in which I actually become one of the six and get to go on some sort of adventure in Equestria.  I've been getting pretty good at lucid dreaming, and I hope to do much more MLP stuff.

During last night's dream, in between some uncomfortable visit to a trailer park and the pursuit of a murderer hiding in an ancient tomb, I dreamed some footage of MLP / Rainbow Dash.  And it made me a little sad because I really wanted to watch whatever those episodes were lol; assuming they weren't invented by my subconscious in a nostalgia-inducing pseudo-flashback. xD

I occasionally have pony dreams, but not too many.

 

I just had a dream not to long ago in which a Transformer arrives Ponyville and begins to destroy it. Twilight Sparkle recognises this and gets pretty mad, so she tries to defeat the Transformer à la Tirek. Unfortunately, the Transformer is magic proof. He makes fun of Twilight, saying how her fighting skills are cute to look at. In a fit of rage and fear, Twilight flees Ponyville, not knowning where to go next.

 

She arrives a village unknown to her, which is south of Ponyville. There, she meets two ponies, who keep Twilight for a few days. After a few days, the two ponies help her send a letter to her friends, since Twilight was very, very concerned if they were dead or not. Thankfully, they weren't. After a few minutes passed by, Twilight spots the same Transformer who destroyed Ponyville, which puts her in a state of despair.

I sometimes have Pony dreams. The last one I had was..... interesting.

 

Apple Bloom and Sweetie Belle were in a cinema fighting over a coin and a framed photo of David Tennant. Sweetie Belle won in the end and got them both, In her rage Apple Bloom set the Cinema on fire. I rushed out to get help and the staff screamed at me to shut the doors and make sure nobody got out. For some reason I did it. All I could hear was dying ponies and bloodcurdling screams. The Firemen came and put the fire out and thanked me for my help. For some reason after this I saw like 10 Spongebob Ponies. And then I woke up.

I just had a very strange dream involving ponies, and I just wondered if anyone else has had dreams about ponies and stories about them. 

 

If you want to know what dream I just had, It's still pretty vivid in my mind.

 

I was in a junkyard in Pittsburgh, when I see a plane crash into a Pittsburgh skyscraper in some strange second rendition of 9/11. Then, Mayor Mare comes out of no where with a bowl of raspberries and marmalade and says I need to give it to Scootaloo to fight the fires. 

 

That's about all I remember

Anyway, I actually dream about the Ponies all the time, probably because I sleep with MLP plushies (not afraid to admit that). The thing is, though, usually I'm a pony as well in my dreams, my OC, to be specific. It used to be weird at first, but now I'm used to it, and enjoy every night I have a dream like that.

I had a dream that I was walking through my house and Twi was there, so I was confused and poked her and then she jiggled like gelatin.

I've had one or two...I had one where I was my ponysana and Discord was back to spread chaos in Equestria. I found him in my real-life neighbor's backyard (which for some reason was in Equestria), picked up a rock, and tried to throw it at him (I wouldn't do the that if it were real), but it missed. He watched it fly past his head and then sarcastically told me "Good shot." before reaching down to grab me. I backed away until I hit the corner of my neighbor's fence and I actually felt scared. My dream suddenly ended. Rather short, but it's the only one I can really remember having.

I've had some dreams about my OC during the war (ww2) a few times but I mostly have dreams about them hangin out with friends or something.

I've had a few dreams about ponies, in all of them I was 100% aware of them being characters in a TV show.

 

The most vivid one I remember is one where I saw ponies become so popular that they got a live-action/animated hybrid movie. I was a showrunner of a rival cartoon attending a screening of the movie, and I was howling mad because I couldn't comprehend how I was unable to compete with MLP, so I left with extreme envy and made it my mission to make something that could be just as popular.

 

This is weird because it brings to mind my initial feelings about MLP. I was shocked at the amount of fanart and I was struggling to comprehend why this, of any and all shows, was the only one that was generating fanart of this variety, quality, and quantity, and I wondered if I would ever see any of the other shows the same way again.

 

So yeah, it was a big buckin' deal.

Had a dream last night with a pony in it (Fluttershy, i think?). First one in a while (the only one before it was daring doo). I've never had a dream completely centered around a pony/ponies, though.

I actually made a thread about this dream I had.

 

So I felt it happened in fitting coincidence. Princess Luna "visited" me in my dream.

 

I was going through a rather stressful week sometime ago. Just a complete mess of family issues and personnel confliction.

 

Luna have me a visit, reminding me that I need to relax more often. And to never issues become too overwhelming. And I shouldn't be so hard upon myself for just simply making mistakes.

 

I theorized it was just my conscience/self confidence cheering me in a more pleasing manner.. Either way, I miss you Luna ^^"

THIS IS SO AMAZING!!! I just had my first MLP dream last night!
The dream actually FELT like an episode of the show! It had the same animation to it, and it even looked like a Widescreen picture.

 

In the first part of the dream, Rarity had recently got an increase in power, comparable to that of a princess. But she couldn't control it! The only time it worked was when she said her own name. Still, she went to this very elegant social party thing, wanting to meet all the fancy big wigs in Equestria. Twilight accompanied her because, as a princess, she was invited as well. Also, Diamond Tiara and her crew was there too. Whenever someone had a mundane problem at the party, she would gladly use her powers to fix it. However, because she could not control her powers, anything she tried to fix with magic ended up getting out of hand. A dirty instrument (there was a band playing for the party) would not only get clean but would play itself SUPER fast, a baby plant would suddenly grow too big for the house to hold it, stuff might explode, etc. Diamond Tiara quickly noticed this and started making fun of Rarity in front of everyone. She was basically saying stuff like "Jinx! Jinx! You're a complete jinx! Even your NAME is a complete jinx!". But somewhere in there, Rarity gets an idea. She says to herself out loud, "Maybe I can turn my greatest weakness into my greatest strength!" And then, Twilight sees her leaving. She thinks Rarity is sad for being ridiculed in front of everyone, but really, she has an idea on how to reverse all the damage she has done.

 

Then there is a time skip. Instead of seeing that story resolved, my dream moves on to a new one. Applejack and Twilight are outside, midnight. Applejack looks sad. Apparently, she's done something horrible and she feels bad about it. Twilight is there trying to tell her everything will be okay, but AJ just says "It's no use, Twilight. I can't ever go back... I need to see the Cosmic Owl." And so, they go to this garden that Celestia has. There, they find some kind of glass house with lots of gold piping (I want to say it's some kind of green house?). They step inside, get past all the tall bushes and greenery, and they find the owl. And it's NOT like the one in Adventure Time!!! Sure, it glows, but it looks more realist/story book. And let me tell you, even with both ponies in frame with plenty of space for anything else... This Cosmic Owl is so big, all you can see is it's face. It asks Applejack for some knowledge in exchange for his help.

 

And the dream ends cause I woke up.

The only dream I remember of is one where me and Applejack were singing Apples to the Core.. I don't know why we were singing, but it was cool.
