That is a Twilight Sparkle card signed by Tara Strong. I won it in the Enterplay MLP collectible card sweepstakes. The odds of winning that were 1 in 7000. Needless to say, that won't happen again for me. I cherish this item and it is by far my favorite in my collection.

I honestly don't own much merch other than some funko pop vinyl's that I actually got from one of the forum contests and a Lyra keychain. I'd own more, but living in a dorm makes me a bit self conscious with what I keep around(Don't even have my Vinyl's at my dorm). My favorite is the keychain though, love the metal feel to it(One on the right obviously lol):

For me it would be the set of power ponies I bought at Target. I love super heroes and ponies so this is the best of both worlds.

That's a tough call for me as well because I also love all the merch I have. But if I had to narrow it down I'd call it a tie between the Celestia and Luna Funko figures and the new Equestria Girls mini figures.  

 

I love brushables too, and the Fluttershy that came with a Breezie is an honorable mention
