What is the difference to fallout equestrian technology and equestrian real one did they have some sort of ponyfied internet did they have video games did they even have computers i know in foe there are terminals but did the terminals have internet and other sorts have technology.

I think the answer lies in the Fallout lore itself. The internet isn't mentioned (to the best of my knowledge) in the series, so I don't think it would be in the Fallout Equestria world either. I know video games did exist in Fallout, plus we've seen them in MLP, so I wouldn't doubt they would exist in FOE as well. 

 

As far as other technology goes.. I think its more Mega Spell dependent, or the pony equivalent to the nuclear power as it were.  

 

EDIT:

Plus the technology from Fallout is based off of 1950's tech, so I think its safe to say that the tech of FOE would be at that threshold as well, or whatever the equivalent would be for MLP.
