Or rather, is everyone at Junction R-7 right now? Also, I need an ideal Location for his base that wouldn't be infringing on Child's OCs "domain"

Most of us are, and anywhere in the desert should be alright :P

Though that'd be more Child's call

Aye there, again... um...

@, you remember Foray, right? Is it okay if I enter her in?

I admit that I don't know much about perks or traits since I never played Fallout 3. If someone would be so kind as to read her profile page, and then help me work through her SPECIAL and perks and such, I'd be very grateful...

Yeah, I'm still a bit new to FoE...

Yeah your Oc is perfectly fine for the Rp

ACCEPTED

Anyway how have you been lately?

Hero please. :3

How much knowledge of the Fallout series would I need for this RP? Truthfully speaking, I've never played a single game; heck, I've never even seen gameplay or photos of it apart from the logo (I realize how odd that is considering how prominent the series is).

If need be, I can research how the game works and whatnot. Do I need extensive knowledge of the series to participate, and would you prefer if I have played the game? Whatever reasoning you have is completely understandable. :)

Oh, okay. Thanks. Just to clarify cuz this is literally my very first rp, what's considered as disrupting?

Anything that goes against the canon of Fallout equestria and the rules of this Rp

To clarify more, disrupting would also include power-playing, godmodding, and meta-gaming. Respectively, that means you can't control other OCs that aren't yours without permission, injuring or killing other OCs and constantly dodging attacks improbably (basically god-modding is playing your OC beyond the boundaries of what he or she can do.), and gaining knowledge that is not explicitly stated in RP (such as OOC talk or aware of something that your OC did not see or listen).

There's also RP-jumping that's often performed by inexperienced RPers. Hasty RPers might want to go into RPing immediately without paying attention to previous posts or the surroundings (jumping into a conversation in a gunfight is not realistic) ; this is a bit disruptive but isn't as bad as the offensives I said above.

And finally there's tech-abuse and stat-abuse. It's when you try to abuse your weapon or armor technology to try to dominate RP, or obtain equipment unfairly. Same thing goes with stat-abuse – this is also why stat dumps are so frowned upon, especially when RPers deliberately ignore those low stats and place a lot of focus on the high stats.

You might need a bit of knowledge on FoE and Fallout, and read a bit on SPECIAL.

Oh, so basically just stay up to date with situations before putting anything up to avoid inconsistencies and awkward situations. Okay, i think i got it. Also, i dont think you'd have to worry about me G-Modding my character. If anything, i'll even have him start out with basic combat or leather armor and 10MM Pistol if that'll be okay or have him start out with just basic clothes. My character is also not the most agile, so he'll definitely be taking hits very frequently. Also, he's got very low preception, so he's easily ambushed. His low charisma leads to him usually resorting to threats almost immediately without thinking first. He's smart most of the time, but he isn't perfect. He's strong and durable enough to take on an oncoming boulder, but not an entire building going over his head, which i guess leads to him being built like a tank and moves like a tank and not being invicible, but pretty tough to take down. He's also averagely lucky. Occasionally, something good happens, but not that often and bad things also happen just as frequently. There, i believe i stated the strengths and weaknesses of Kronos' overal SPECIAL stats. Whatever is legal, i'll abide to stay on. Edited by Kronos

Which is alright, just don't make your character revolve too much around your SPECIAL. It's more of an RP than a video game, so you're more free with your personalities and stories, especially since we don't have a real skill system here.

Okay, i think i get it, but i'll still try to play it safe just cuz it's my first RP.

Just as a heads-up (if you haven't noticed), I'm counting our previous 1x1 roleplay as canon, which means that Foray and Quiet's meeting is canon. It's up to you whether or not Quiet recognizes her, since (according to the timeline) it's been about four years since they met.
