One game you wish people still played

The question is simple: Do you have a game that you loved to play, but people just left for some reason, or the company just decided to shut down support for it?

 

For me, it would be Ground Control II

 

The game itself was awesome, and I still uphold it as one of the best strategy games of all time (Along with Starcraft). The sad thing is, people just moved away from it.

Maybe I'm just nostalgic, and a bit too obsessive of the game, but I still love it and still want to play it. Playing against the AI gets boring though, and there's only so many times you can play through the campaign, even if it is an AWESOME story.

It had a great storyline, three separate campaigns as well so it took a long time to finish. The multiplayer was really good and had a ton of fantastic game modes such as infestation and yet you would be lucky to find a game with more then 5 people. Makes me sad, considering how good the multiplayer was.

Definitely the days when everybody played Pokemon Emerald with link cables on the playgroud. Not far behind is Red Dead Redemption because nothing will ever beat me and 7 friends shootin' up everything and anything from an army of wagons romping around the west.
